Food good as always, and waitress was nice. Worked in the service industry so I know it can be difficult on busy nights. Regardless though, restaurant looked mildly busy, but just saw workers literally on their phone on the floor. Just a bad look. Looked like a kid maybe 18 outside who worked there outside smoking, also not a good look on them. Server was the only person who managed all the bar tables and helping her friend at the bar. However that doesn’t effect the fact that the kitchen on a regular night took more than 20 minutes to bring out a cookie skillet that we don’t wait around for as they forgot to even put it on our bill. 3 staff also just standing there in the doorway doing what looked to be noting for more than 5 minutes. There were also several tables the staff neglected to clean up. Either a management problem understaffing as it is 4 days after holidays or just lazy employees. It’s a bad look to put on a good restaurant with quality food everytime I’ve been. Employees looked as if they could care less. One floor employee looked stoned just walking around on the phone. I just wish they would have a better look on these establishments to make sure they are best for every customer so they don’t get worse reviews than mine. I’ve never had such a bad restaurant experience. That being said I don’t think anyone working there is a bad employee, everyone always has off nights, but when in the serving customers industry , that is not do them to know. Handle that away from customers.

It’s Monday night we stopped by for a little dinner the place was pretty empty even though Monday night football was on! Our server was awesome. But the food ????!!!? My buffalo chicken ranch wrap was awful!!! Cold hard chicken only 1 chicken strip for the whole wrap! Cut into chunks to look like more! no buffalo sauce or ranch a pound of shredded cheese and two little bits of lettuce!!!!!! It sucked!!! Our fries were cold and soft! We will not be returning to this place!!

I went there. It was around 11:00 AM. The environment was pretty good. The waitress I had she wasn’t friendly. Our bill came to $63. I was trying to hand her a five dollar bill but she insisted on taking the $10 bill as well as the five dollar bill Then when she came back to our table with the three dollars she said here’s the change if you want it I will never go back to that establishment. I thought it was up to the Customer on how much we tip not them assume without even asking that was rude and not professional. I will not be going back to that establishment.

First time at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. It’s located in Middletown and looked to be fairly new. Food was good and server was nice. We ordered the boneless wings, burgers, house salad and nachos. The prices are very good for what you get for your money, and if you download the app you can earn points towards free things. The burgers are smash burgers and you get two patties per burger. The restaurant was clean and organized, however they did seem short staffed. Always love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings…they never disappoint.

This evening, I called the location to see if there was a wait for our group of 7. I was told there was no wait and to come on over. I confirmed what time the kitchen was closing. I then drove 15 minutes and when we showed up, at 9:30, they told us they aren’t seating anymore. There were empty tables all over. When I told them I had just called and the host went and checked with the manager, and then came back and said sorry. Nope.
It was a waste of our time and clearly with the many unbiased tables, you can tell this location was not being managed well. Upon leaving we saw another group turned away as well.
Drove 20 mins after calling to be told they will not serve food after 9:45pm even though on the phone they assured us food was available till midnight

Never received my order. A group of friends and myself dined in on a saturday evening, the restaurant was pretty empty. We had to ask someone to get our server after an hour of being seated to take our order, another hour later the food arrived, except for my order. My friends food was not fresh or hot. When the server dropped off the checks he told me the wings had thirty seconds left, after paying he went to check again and when he returned he informed me that the manager had issued me a refund because the food was still not ready. The server was a nice enough guy.

This place horrible over all for customer service. The place is a joke. There’s no one nearly here but yet I have to wait 30min to get an order that should have been done when they quote specially when the entire restaurant is empty.
