Placed an order for pick up. Was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I arrive at 710pm and order isn't done. I'm told it will be 5 minutes. 5 minutes later it still isn't done. I ask about my order and get told the waiting in fries. After another 5 minutes I just ask for my order without the fries. Finally at 730 I get my order. I get home and find out my order was made incorrectly and they had left a container of ranch leak all over everything.

Waited 30 mins when no one there, stood at front desk for almost 10 mins, so I called the place for someone to come acknowledge me, order wasn't ready, last time I sat and waited again when slow for 15 additional mins. Watched thru the crack cook bare handing fries and I get home fries old and gross. Last time I'm ordering from here.

Service is the slowest every time we eat in. The waitress was nice, but get some peep in your step. Drinks are so overly prices. 5 bucks for a soft drink. My beer was cheaper then a soft drink.

I don't really expect much when I go to BWW's except for cold drinks and wings. My last experience at this location left a lot to be desired. First, our appetizer came with a dip and I asked the food runner and then server two times that they forgot that. They apologize and said they would get it but it never came. I just gave up after the third ask. Second, my wings while cooked felt like they were sitting out forever. Maybe it was a bad night but wasn't overly impressed.

My server nat was very attentive and was everything we needed and more. This was my first experience at a buffalo wild wings ever, this was a pit stop tor my family and i on a road trip and nat exceeded our expectations! nat made us feel welcome with a smile on her face and energy like no other! she came and checked on us, filled our drinks without asking, and made our experience so wonderful! thank you nat! will be back!

Yummy boneless wings, delicious drinks. Loved the ice cream.
The food overall was ok, but the salsa was watery and flavorless and the soda tasted like someone put food coloring inside and made it flat and served it to me. The service received was inattentive, we were not felt welcome or asked if we needed anything all but a couple times and had to wait a long time for everything despite it being empty inside, our waitress seemed disconnected from us and only appeared to have one other table. We were not satisfied with the way we were left hanging and she seemed annoyed when we asked for something.
Vegetarian options: The portions for the cauliflower wings were so much less than any other dish and were not even served as a dinner with the rest of our food. If you’re a vegetarian be prepared to be underfed.

The server was very inattentive, she forgot the fries and did not refill drinks. The purple hair waitress was completely disconnected. We had hardly any service for the hours that we stayed. It was a $150 bill and we felt ignored. The entire experience was negligible, there was one other table and we had no service. The salsa was like water with no flavor.
