Last Saturday at 7 PM I came to this Burger King starving. The food wasn't anything special, but the service was particularly good. The girl that took my order was very enthusiastic and I got my order really fast. I'll be coming again.

I understand people don't want to work these days, especially at fast food. But this was the worse ever! Got here 450pm, went inside, placed order for 2 impossible whopper meals. At 515 they hadn't started my order. Two other people besides me there, one of them, that came AFTER me asked can he get his burger, they make it immediately! I said wait why do he get his? She said bcuz he asked! WTH? So I asked, at 530 I get my food and you guessed it, it's wrong (they gave beef, I'm vegetarian). They said it's going to be a while, I asked for a refund, they didn't know how, had to call someone. I gave 2 stars bcuz one of the workers was so nice and positive to the other overworked employees. She said 2 people called out and one didn't show. I hope it was refunded, they couldn't give a receipt, I live 30 minutes away. Oh, I forgot we got the fries and drinks when we placed order, so we didn't drive home starving. This was at the bottom of my fries. This place is dirty.

I haven't been inside thisplace for years. I have gotten my Impossible burger in drive thru but had to come in to grab more napkins. It disgustingly dirty, filthy,gross,old and run down. It looks filthy. I can only imagine the critters that come out once the place is closed. This place should be closed down by the department of health imo.

The new GM has done a great job cleaning up the store but is very racist when it comes to who she has working beneath her unless they are Spanish she doesn't even interview I would not let my sick dog work for somebody this day and age who only hires her race The few employees she does have that are not Spanish or because they actually clean and do what they're supposed to do but if they don't she'll fire him quicker than anyone else I know I have seen it firsthand. And let's not forget the fact that Burger King allows a GM to hire somebody making more money than most managers steal money from the company but yet continues to have a job and her managers don't even stop to taking the consideration of how it makes not only the managers but the staff feel when they do this because every staff member at the Middletown Burger King is aware of what does GM has done and they are very displeased and unhappy with it but they won't speak up until the district manager or the owner how they feel I would not eat here will not recommend anybody to eat here I've gotten sick on more than one occasion from the food after the first time figured it was a freak thing after the second it was on me I was not trying a third food comes out cold either under or overcooked and just disgusted Go to McDonald's Taco Bell hack Popeyes any worse better than here
Though I like the Fish Fry sandwich, it seems to have gotten SMALLER AND THINNER BUT THE SAME PRICE, SAME WITH MILKSHAKE..... 1 SIZE ONLY SAME PRICE!!!!!

Ordered a whopper meal and mozzarella sticks. Waited 30 minutes for my order with only 2 cars infront of me and 1 person inside when I pulled up. By the time I got my food it was cold as it had sat in the window while I waited 5 minutes for my food. The lady was very kind and apologized saying she was the only person working who knows how to do everything but this was ridiculous.

Service was extremely slow, no one else in dining room and had to wait over 15 minutes for food from time we ordered it. All condiments were packed in the middle of my sandwich and it wasn't that good. Play place was also closed. A woman came in to try to get service and no one acknowledged her at all for over 5 minutes. I would avoid this location!
