Employees were too busy on their phones and talking to each other to wait on anyone. Place is nasty and smelled like trash. Food was blah. Employees blasted their own music while we were there. We won't be going back!

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE I CAN'T SPEAK FOR EVERYONE, BUT THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW WHAT END IS UP OR DOWN. I'M SERIOUS, WHERE DO THEY BRING THESE PEOPLE FROM? The lady in front of me ordered a #2 meal it shows $9.89 the gm told her that will be $12.**, she couldn't tell her why the price difference, no tax, then I order an impossible whopper meal with my walmart plus 25% off discount and it should have been $9.06 not $12.06, the GM had the audacity to tell me order it from the APP then that she couldn't apply the discount, she didn't know how and that a gentleman was waiting on 🍟, and that makes up for your lack of knowledge?

I usually don't go to Burger King. This location is outdated inside but this time I went through the drive thru and the lady taking orders wasn't friendly and was pushy when ordering and I asked for 2 sauces of zesty which she said she put in the bag and got back to work and there was only 1.

Last Saturday at 7 PM I came to this Burger King starving. The food wasn't anything special, but the service was particularly good. The girl that took my order was very enthusiastic and I got my order really fast. I'll be coming again.

I understand people don't want to work these days, especially at fast food. But this was the worse ever! Got here 450pm, went inside, placed order for 2 impossible whopper meals. At 515 they hadn't started my order. Two other people besides me there, one of them, that came AFTER me asked can he get his burger, they make it immediately! I said wait why do he get his? She said bcuz he asked! WTH? So I asked, at 530 I get my food and you guessed it, it's wrong (they gave beef, I'm vegetarian). They said it's going to be a while, I asked for a refund, they didn't know how, had to call someone. I gave 2 stars bcuz one of the workers was so nice and positive to the other overworked employees. She said 2 people called out and one didn't show. I hope it was refunded, they couldn't give a receipt, I live 30 minutes away. Oh, I forgot we got the fries and drinks when we placed order, so we didn't drive home starving. This was at the bottom of my fries. This place is dirty.

I haven't been inside thisplace for years. I have gotten my Impossible burger in drive thru but had to come in to grab more napkins. It disgustingly dirty, filthy,gross,old and run down. It looks filthy. I can only imagine the critters that come out once the place is closed. This place should be closed down by the department of health imo.
This burger king is a dump. They didn't even have burgers for sale today when I stopped in. The building is basically falling down.
