one of the worse locations i’ve ever been to. NEVER make the sandwiches right even when you order it exactly how it comes and the staff is rude.

Several online orders were not delivered due to a system failure. This shop recognized it, sent out emails to notify customers, and then they found the missing orders and filled them. It more work kn theor end, but it afforded no inconvenience to me. I really appreciate that, especially the day before a holiday. Thank you for being diligent and providing impeccable customer service.

My Bobbi would of been way better without the bone lol 😆 still good just ummm could yall do a better job of making sure u actually got all the bones out please cuz I was actually looking forward to it now I'm afraid to finish about half of it 😅

Vegetarian options: My mom likes it and she can get a veggie Bobbie so 🤷 I got the regular Bobbie and well we see how that ended

I ordered 1 sandwich online @11: 45my pick up time for being ready was 12:01. I t wasn't ready until 12:20. Of course Noone would be happy with that.

I've ordered boxed lunch catering from here my last 2 business meetings. The regional manager and the store manager have been absolutely incredible putting together larger boxed orders for me with only a days notice. Additionally, they even accommodate personally delivering our catering right to our business front door before the scheduled time. Been so happy with their help that i'm getting ready to call them again now for another meeting i'm hosting tomorrow.

Bobbie was all stuffing and cranberry sauce and definitely not worth almost $9 for the 5 inch. The place looks really rundown and not the cleanest. Staff were okay, definitely not a welcoming place though. I'll stick with Casapullas. This location was a first and last for me. Waste of money.

I ordered on Google. It always seems to mess up orders. I ordered a small turkey and a small cheesesteak. Both no I onions. My husband doesn't like them and I have weird allergies. I reluctantly called because my cheesesteak had onions on it. I don't like to make a fuss. But I also spent $10 on a small cheesesteak I couldn't eat. I called back the manager said they can remake it.They were so nice and friendly and I really enjoyed my food. My husband says his sandwich was great too; it also had onions on it, but they were easy for him to pick off and he doesnt have allergies. We will be coming back. The staff seemed like a great bunch of kids. Keep up the good work ♥️I'm sure working on a Friday night isn't fun, so I appreciate all of them.
