This Chick-fil-A was very busy during lunch time, yet the atmosphere was calm. The workers all were polite, smiled, and not a single one looked unhappy. Even during rush hour, a worker offered us refills on our drinks, another gave us mints, and the hospitality director spoke with my wife and I about how sweet our kids were. Great lunch and stop.

The food was delicious as usual but today August 7 at 530 there was young lady working the drive threw she had red in her hair and was extremely rude to me. I tried to place my order as usual but as soon as I started to talk she snarkily said “can you speak up” so I did and continued she then said it again even ruder. She needs to be retrained or fired .

I placed a large online order for a party of 14 and drove to this Chick-fil-A to pick it up. Not only was everything ready on time, but the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the team members even reassured me that the order was 100% correct—and she was absolutely right.
Every item was there, fresh, and perfectly packed. No mistakes, no missing sauces, nothing overlooked. Honestly, this was the best fast food service I’ve ever experienced. Huge thanks to the team for making it so smooth. Y’all crushed it! 👏🐔🚗

Not sure what has happened to this chick fila but, not what it once was. Last several times, orders have been incorrect and incomplete. Food quality lacking.

This Chickfila is clean and the employees are always nice. But I've always had little problems when I visit. They're not that bad and can be easily fixed but I think the employees should be slightly attentive to details. Things like - Asked for icecream in Kids meal and got the toy instead of icecream - Forgot the crunchy red pepper packet for my salad - Forgot utensils for grilled nuggets
The Parking and drive through situation is also really weird and confusing.
Probably the best Chick fil A I’ve been too. I visit at least weekly and usually eat inside. Although things a fast food place, they actually have someone checking with all the tables all the time asking if anyone needs anything. I ordered a salad today with no drink and a few minutes after I’d been eating, a woman who works here all the time asked me if I wanted a cup of water. Honestly, the table service here is better than at some regular restaurants. Kudos to whoever manages this place for hiring great people.
I would give it a 5 but the food is overpriced.
