Probably the best Chick fil A I’ve been too. I visit at least weekly and usually eat inside. Although things a fast food place, they actually have someone checking with all the tables all the time asking if anyone needs anything. I ordered a salad today with no drink and a few minutes after I’d been eating, a woman who works here all the time asked me if I wanted a cup of water. Honestly, the table service here is better than at some regular restaurants. Kudos to whoever manages this place for hiring great people.

Kristian was one of the nicest employees that they had as well Sebastian as he greeted me and my kids with a warm hello and had a very nice and bright attitude perfect for a chick fil a worker. The kale crunch was delicious the dressing on it definitely added a nice touch. Thank you chick fil a middletown

The service was super fast and the place was excellent, but when I saw the children's menu box, it was very disappointing. It said 8 nuggets, of which only 3 of them were inside the box and the rest were just pieces of breading.
While I usually love CFA, knowing they threaten to remove their employees from the schedule for trying to come inside to get warm is utterly disgraceful. Did you know they have to pay for the CFA jackets and are not allowed to wear their own? Specifically the teenagers who already work minimum hours. If you can’t properly support your employees, I refuse to support your business and I hope others do the same.

Kyra is the manager at the store in Middletown, DE. Today I had a wonderful experience. I was having trouble with the app and Manager Kyra really helped me solve it and she taught me how to do it. She really took time out just for me. She has such a friendly and sunny personality. I love this store, but even more now, because of Kyra.
We dine in at the Middletown Chick-fil-A once a week. We are seniors and have a handicap tag and since they have reopened we risk our lives trying to utilize the crosswalk between the handicapped parking space and the restaurant every week. There's now 3 lanes of pick-up traffic and when we were very cautiously trying to navigate around the vehicles this evening thatwere blocking the crosswalk, in the 3rd land someone came barrelling around and almost hit my husband. Chick-fil-A needs to consider their dine-in customers safety, because right now it is NOT a safe place to dine.

Most staff were awesome. Here to share one anomaly who probably figured out a way to buy food for friends/commit credit card fraud. At the drive up I was told that my card didn’t go through, gave him the card again to recharge - turned out the second charge was for a completely different meal that I never know who it went to. Wouldn’t happen to mobile orders. He’s sleek. I had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge.
