This is my first meal here at Chilly’s, without expectations. The waiters were very polite and service fast. We ordered the combo 3 for me : it was welcome surprise to have real chunk chicken on the enchilada soup ?, delicious (si eres mexicano sabe como sopita de frijol ?), and the smash burger… ? OMG! The bun was soft, meat really juicy and the dressing with the slice of ? ? made a really difference in the test. For something simple was a delicious meal and a really nice portion of soda. It was the perfect meal without overwhelming our belly with more food.

Tik Tok brought me for the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. They were amazing!!! Crispy, cheesy gooey just delicious!! I did a Togo order and ate them in my car. The location is nice and seems fairly new. My food was ready within 10 mins. Will be back to actually dine in.

First time dining in at the new Chili's in Middletown,DE. Not happy with my luke warm food. Was told by one staff member I will receive a fresh plate. Waited a while, then spoke with the manager, never received it. At least she did comp it, but that's not the point.

This is my 2nd visit to this location I haven’t been to Chili’s since I moved from New York over a decade ago so I was excited to revisit. The Middletown location is on the small side but the services and food over compensates for its size ! We went last night for a night out anniversary dinner and to watch the game and man we had such an amazing experience!!!! We sat at the bar and to our surprise they had a late night happy hour special so that was a nice bonus ! Our bartender was Jem he was awesome ! So friendly and attentive even though you could see he was busy he was knocking everything out with ease ! I have worked in the industry and can appreciate great customer service as it’s sadly rare to come by now days. You could tell the team works well with each other everyone was helping each other out with smiles. The food ….. aw man let’s get into the Food whoever the kitchen staff was on 9/19 around 830 pm killed it! Both of our meals and the guest next to us came out quickly and presentation was great looked exactly like the menu photos. We live about 35 mins away and it’s worth the drive!

This is the smallest one I have even been to so it fills up fast just fyi. There is a lot of other restaurants to go to also. Great staff, great service, great food.
Parking: You have to get in lot that the chills is part of it can be confusing.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely I think they might have crayons too
Visited Thursday, August 8, 2024 First visit. Very nice on the inside. And clean! Our wait person was Gem. He was engaging, friendly and personable. The additional staff that brought our chips and salsa and beverages were quite efficient. The order: Skillet Queso as starter Chili’s Philly with fries Mozzarella sticks with fries Just Bacon cheese burger with side of Mac n cheese. All was good but mnm was a bit on the salty side. Burger was cooked just right and juicy. Mozzarella sticks had a nice flavor. Not sure if it was the breading or the mozzarella. And the chili’s Philly was great! Gem, our server, didn’t neglect us. Brought us more chips and salsa AND we took a bag home too. As well as to go beverages. VERDICT: Def go back and try something new! ?

New place. Very clean and a friendly staff. I'm sure this location will do good. Our lunch was delicious. This did look like a smaller location than others we've been to before. Once you've been to 1 you've pretty much been to all of them. Will be coming back for sure.
