I work for a Chilis. Someone please help me!
Would anybody like to do their job and contact me like I was told would happen? You people are messing around with my livelihood and wellbeing. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called the store 10 times yesterday to get some kind of communication. No answer. I called Moses, Raul, and Leslie’s personal phones. I didn’t realize it would take 2 entire work days to get some kind of “verification” from Raul. The same exact manager who WALKED AWAY FROM ME AND THE SITUATION THAT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I NEEDED TO GET HELP FROM THE POLICE. Meanwhile, I’m home not able to make money because I can’t come to work until that verification happens from Raul. Because NOBODY else was there but myself. For my safety and everyone else, I had every legal and civil right to call on Police officer Johnson. I also wanted to trespass those women from my work place. Raul prevented that. He only came to intervene once the police were present. Raul told me I was “okay and I did the right thing” and that “he was there and he had my back.”
You are the absolute worst team of managers and coworkers I’ve ever had. I’ve asked for the HR contact many times. I’ve asked to escalate my complaints many times. Somehow you deem me the problematic person at the workplace, while I’ve been the one to come to an authority figure each time I’ve been, assaulted, harassed and had any issues with anything. IMMEDIATELY. Even once to interrupt Brandon and Bre in a meeting, because I felt like there was a need for immediate management intervention. You then ALL ostracized me and ridiculed me for “making you look bad in front of your boss”. I’ve had my coworkers apologize on “Tika” and Treasures behavior towards me. They’re hostile and violent. I can at this point articulate discrimination by legal definition.

I’m the problem…? Bre told me this all “effects her bonus”. Why are you telling me that and holding it over my head? I was assaulted at work and they left a bad google review and then you tell me my job is at risk at the same time as bringing up your bonus!? I can’t afford food for myself and my cat, rent, expenses to have a holiday, or God forbid an emergency happened. Because of YOU, and how you handle situations and then tell me “it’s because CORPORATE WILL GET INVOLVED” GOOD! They should be! Oh, and because it’ll affect your bonus… WOW
Moses literally apologized to me this last week for Treasure‘s behavior where Andrea the host gal also made a grievance to Leslie. FOR BEING BATTERED BY LEGAL DEFINITION! Also for being a hostile lunatic in front of guests. We immediately went to Leslie about it. Treasure in all legal definition committed BATTERY by aggressively tapping Andrea on the shoulder. That is battery misdemeanor by touch or strike. The girl could press charges if she wanted to and you people did nothing. I also complained of Assault by Treasure. You all weren’t there. You all did next to NOTHING. When I mentioned calling the police and pressing charges or having them involved, Moses told me in private on the outside patio that that would not be my in my best interest, and it would negatively affect me at work, thus insinuating It would cost me my job. Leslie told me my reactions were “Crash outs”
But when I have to have a couple customers leave the store because they’re assaulting me and threatening violence in front of kids and other customers even to the point where I have to get law-enforcement involved I’m a problem? Also, WHICH NONE OF YOU WERE IMMEDIATELY THERE TO SEE FOR YOURSELVES! Gary, Derrick, myself and a table of 7 all and will tell you that the table of guests who were with the man I had asked to leave the restaurant were extraordinarily hostile and rude beyond reason.
Then had MANY guests corroborate my side of the story/situations. Also, I have a picture of a review where they named me by name and situation, saying I should not lose my job over the escalation where we had to remove the violent male. I had at least 7 people, ADULTS who also said they recei

We had a great time here! Party of 4 for dinner on a Friday. The rack of ribs, surf and turf, and kids pizza and fries were great! The service was awesome as well. Our waiter was Santos and he was fantastic. The manager Kim was also wonderful!

My husband and I came here. We had awesome service! Jem was a great server. He was very funny and attentive! Zyan and Kiley were wonderful too. The restaurant was busy and they brought out food and made the experience enjoyable. We are from out of town just visiting but the staff and food were top tier! We'd definitely come here all the time of we lived closer. 🥰

Our server was amazing. The food was delicious, and filling. The staff members were very kind, and helpful. I just celebrated my birthday lunch, and was surprised with a birthday ice cream and chant. The manager came around 2-3 times to check on us. I would 100% come back, and bring friends.
The young man working at the bar is the best!! Always gives us awesome service! Great burgers and fries, chips and Salsa are always good! We don’t even have to ask for a refill he is very attentive! The service and food and employees are nice!

Food is always on point and amazing. All the waitresses and waiters are on it and fast. Never have to wait long for anything. By far the best chilis. We travel from pa and have ate alot of different chilis but this one is always sooooooo good 👍
