Got the 3 topping large pizza special and mega fries. The pizza was very good, better than most places around here. However, it was a total mess and completely fell part while eating it. Maybe it was because of the extra cheese but it was worth it

Do not eat here! The manager, Stephanie, is the worst. She argued with me over my meal that she wrote down incorrectly. What kind of service is that?! I also wrote to the owners via email and no one got back to me after 11 days. Terrible customer service!!!! I will NOT be back. If you want good quality food and excellent service, don’t eat here!

Been in Middletown for 4 years now. We decided to try a new place. We ordered Cuzino’s. I got a steak Stromboli…which ended up being a pepper and onion Stromboli barely any meat. I do not. Recommend. The wings were dry with barely any sauce on them. The fries were cold and hard. I would not recommend this place at all. Waste of money and not worth it. Go else where!!!!

Cuzinos tends to always disappoint especially being so overpriced. We miss the days where it used to be Nino's and you could get an amazing Buffalo chicken pizza with garlic knots included for free with your order. It used to rival the atmosphere of Olive Garden, with Sinatra playing on the overhead speakers... now it's a cheesey wannabe sports bar that is NEVER busy. They have jacked the prices up so high, it's ridiculous. 7 broccoli bites with one tiny container of ranch is now $10....... and we paid $26 for an XL cheesesteak pizza that literally had no sauce. We are super disappointed in Cuizinos and will never order from them again.

Places nowadays usually get a computer AI voice whatever it's called. Cuzinos is a person who is working that actually takes your order. The hoagies are a little bit way more vegetables than the meat and cheese but other than that I don't have a negative comment. The pasta dishes are unbelievably delicious the atmosphere is clean and the best place to eat in Middletown IMO

Everything was a mini version! I ordered online for a doctors’ office and I ordered several small pizzas which usually come with 6 slices. There’s no explanation on the website of the size of the pizza so I incorrectly assumed it was a standard size, especially since “medium” isn’t an option. No these are like personal pizzas. 4 slices. Then I ordered several “large” side salads they were small personal side salads. Not able to be split between multiple people.So, basically I didn’t have enough food for the office and now I look like an idiot. I included photos with the fork for size comparison.Y’all should really add the measurements of your pizza and salads to the menu or at least update the sizes.Also, the cost was pretty high for how small everything is!
