Anthony is amazing. The food is always good and hot. Never an issue with delivery or service inside. ALL workers including the delivery drivers have always been great whether it's take out delivery or inside seating.

On November 11, we placed a delivery order from Cuzzino’s. Delivery took over an hour and the pizza arrived cold. But the bigger issue is what happened with tipping: the driver did not provide a receipt, a device, or any option to sign and authorize a tip. When I asked how I could leave a tip, he told me, “Don’t worry about it.” Two days later, we discovered he had added a $15 tip on his own without our approval.
We immediately contacted the owner. He apologized, said the driver would be reprimanded, and offered a credit on our next order (he stated he could not refund the tip).
About a month later, we ordered again and the exact same thing happened. No receipt, no signature option, no chance to approve a tip at delivery. Shortly after, we received an electronic receipt showing the driver had once again tipped himself.
I then spoke with the manager on duty, Stephanie, who apologized and said she would address it with the driver. At this point, this is not an accident, it is a repeated and unacceptable practice. Adding a tip without explicit customer authorization is improper and dishonest, and it has completely eliminated our trust in this business.

Have to admit it's been a while since I've been to Nino's\\Cuzinos. But the food was great- honestly used to hate their pizza and it's delicious now! My chicken cheesesteak was also delicious. And the young lady behind the counter Thursday night was super sweet!
