Typical of most Dunkins but when I got there the drive thru was not moving and quite long. I parked and went inside instead. There were more than enough workers so not sure why the line was slow. I counted at least 7 people in there. Anyway I order a coffee and donut. Got the donut promptly but the coffee took 6 minutes?

I come here often these days and everytime I order an iced coffee your cashier makes it how I like it every single time without even telling them. I don’t know his name and it’s not on the receipt but he has dyed blond curly like hair, he’s amazing and gave me great customer service I’ll always come here!!

One of the worst Dunkin' experiences I've ever had! I went in due to the drive through lane being insanely long, I placed a online order waited half a hour for it and the whole time they never looked at the ticket once all the while only worrying about the drive through lane.one worker was on her phone the entire time with her AirPods in the others were completely ignoring the people inside the store and after 2 people walked out that got there after me they finally gave me my coffees and munchkins the coffee was completely wrong like I got someone else's coffee I ordered French vanilla but it tasted like pecan there was no cold foam on top of anything. Normally Dunkin is my favorite coffee stop but this Dunkin I will never go to again.

Be back for return visit.Area for Improvement:During subsequent visit Men's room was no bueno, surprising for a Dunkin'. Cleanliness is usually a given at a Dunkin'. Still I give them a 5.
