I made a mistake and without my receipt I asked Manager Mike to check on a $60 charge by me last week after i only purchased 2 orders of omelette bites.. He was very obliging and was trying to find it for me and spent a lot of time doing it. Later I realized after some deep thought trying to remember that I had purchased a $50 gift card also! So with that I sincerely apologize to Mike and thank him graciously for his efforts!

I do have to say, the day shift here has got it TOGETHER, and are extremely on top of things and super kind. Plus they're quick! (Seriously. We had a big order yesterday, and they took less than 8 minutes to get us our stuff!)
Not so much for the afternoon shift, but we've shifted times accordingly, and have a much better experience when getting our order.

All Dunkin in Newark are bad and they all have a frozen taste in sandwiches and hash browns But this Dunkin i have been to few times and I just love this Dunkin. It tastes so fresh and doesn’t have a frozen taste in food. I’m so glad I finally found a Dunkin here that actually tastes good.

Made an in app purchase for an item that is 3.99 that was not available when I went to pick it up. They replaced it with an item worth less and proceeded to argue that I can call the 800 number to get a 40 cent refund rather than give me an additional donut that they were in the process of preparing to dispose of. Bad customer service all around.

Not my favorite Dunkin to go to but its close to the house. Went inside waited about 5 minutes to place my order but the employee advised me to use the screens they provide to order. I only have cash and they told me they’re too busy to take my order or any order because the man in front of me had waited so long he just left. They wouldn’t take my order or except my cash.

I’m sorry i never write reviews but everytime i come here there’s no sense of what’s going on. It’s not acceptable at all to order twenty minutes in advance for food and get there and it’s still not done. Something has got to give. Managers where are you? Definitely the last time coming here!

I don't know how they have 500 people working all the time but can't seem to get mobile orders done before arrival.

Dublin is great. But the staff and manager/ owner need to learn their products. I knew they had caffeine free teas (herbal tea) but everyone there said they only had 1 decaf tea. It doesn’t look good when you don’t know what you’re selling. And now I’m sad and thirsty.
Dietary restrictions: They have caffeine free herbal tea even if they say they don’t for those few like me who are allergic to coffee and decaf and other teas still has to much caffeine in them. (POTS, heart palpitations)
Drinks were good but the staff was so unprofessional... a bunch of 16 year old kids running the place on a weekend morning is crazy to me. While she was taking our orders she barely looked or talked to us and was chatting with her friend (who wasn't working there , just a customer) . Super unprofessional, manager needs to remind the kids what customer service actually looks like .
