The staff are very friendly and helpful. They showed great patience for me. I was new to the app, and they took the time to guide through. Of course, the donuts are delicious.

Showed up to this location on May 6, free coffee day for nurses during nurses week. I even had my nursing badge. They refused me the free coffee even after explaining to them it is listed on their website. This location does not support healthcare workers

Placed a mobile order. Was informed upon arrival through drive through that they were out of whole bean bags of coffee. I asked for a refund for product that was out of stock. They refused and told me to reach out to customer service through the app. What an absolute joke. Customer service informed that they are an independent franchisee and the complaint goes back to them for refund. Store did not respond to the complaint and I am out $22. Reached back out to customer service for escalation and resolution - still not resolved. Will not revisit this location! Poor customer service. Lack of resolution and overall worst experience. Stay away from this location unless you want to be screwed over.

I'm only give this dunkin a three because I placed a mobile order for a coffee and a donut. I understood they had no donuts left but I never got a refund or offered a replacement.
