Sadly, our local DD took a bit of a hit. Two of their amazing employees left for reasons unknown, and the quality of food and service went way-way down. Where I used to go 2-3 times wkly, I now only go 2-3 times a month, and only if I absolutely have to bc I didn't have time to eat at home. I'm super disappointed, bc our entire community loved this DD.

Got a latte today that doesn't look like the picture . Hardly no whipped cream to cut costs obviously . I won't order at this location again. I'm not sure why it's so ridiculously busy other than there's no where else close by to get coffee.Oh and Carmel drizzle nowhere to be found. I paid 4:45 for an iced coffee

This Dunkin is potentially the only Dunkin on the Globe that gets your order correct the vast majority of the time and when they don't they will correct the error. Most Dunkins you order something a specific way, say Iced Chai Latte with almond milk and extra pumps of chia, and they will ignore it and give you dairy and charge you but not actually give you more syrup. THIS dunkin though actually reads their orders and delivers on them and they are so friendly too. They brought me back to dunkin after several years of exclusive Starbucks drinking BECAUSE they actually care to get the orders right.

Fairly, this is a good Dunkin’ Donuts, usually ran really well during the WEEK days. During the weekends it’s an absolute nightmare. Drive thru lines are extremely long and barely move. Usually on the weekends they have kids and teens working so I am not sure if that’s contributing to the problem.

I was headed out early to participate in the Helen Graham 5k run/walk on Sunday in Christiana. Stopped at this DD location to grab my teenage niece a bite to eat before we tackle this 5k.
●Pro: Service was expeditious, for it to be 7:30am-ish on a Sunday.
●Con: My hashbrowns were BRUNT. Noticeably burnt. The young lady or team member HAD to see that these were to be trashed; however, they served them to me ANYWAY.
Secondly, we ordered a bacon/egg/cheese on a croissant - we were given it on a bagel ?. Time was of the essence, so I didn't have time to turn around to exchange for the CORRECT order.
This is my favorite Dunkin. Thanks guys
