Went for lunch. Did not order any beer and they were okay with that. No pressure just a friendly server with a friendly smile. Split the El Cubano with my hubby and it was just as fantastic as always. Highly recommend this place. Great chill atmosphere where kids can choose from a number of toys/games to occupy themselves.
Overcharged for happy hour beer and forced to buy 2 $10 mugs that our beers were served in. Server did not tell us that the mugs were for purchase before serving us.
First time here. Great food, outstanding beer selection and everything tasted great! Will be back!

Great beer & great food! Sat at the bar and the female bartender working was great! I've left places with excellent food because their bartender was antisocial. First State has an excellent staff.

Wow that new sauteed onion grilled cheese was phenomenal. I really hope they keep that long-term. I will be back for that and will be craving it until then. Highly recommend adding fresh jalapenos to it. Cheers all

Food was fantastic, service was solid and drinks were even better. Definitely recommend checking out if you’re in or around Middletown.
The food here is AH-mazing. Super friendly staff fast service and the food is to die for. Especially the Porchetta Quesadilla, you’ll thank me later. Beer is great too! And the Ambiance. I could go on.. but don’t take my word for it. Check it out yourself!
Nachos were good. The beers were good especially blackberry Hefeweizen. Good service as well.
