The service was ok when it finally started. We were sat, and 10 minutes later, no one had yet come to take a drink order. This was at 2 pm on a Tuesday. Not the busiest time ever. I went over to the hostess and said "we've been seated for a while and still haven't seen our server". The smart alec hostess said "well she's busy, so you'll just have to be patient". That was enough for me. I won't go back after that. You have that spoiled brat be the first thing people deal with when you walk through the door? No thanks!

I typically don't like going to restaurants a half hour before they close, but my kid wanted ice cream so we went for it. Waitress was very nice and didn't rush us at all. Food came out fast and fresh.

I had a lovely experience here at Friendly's, the experience is just like how I remember it from when I was a kid. The service was excellent with our amazing server, Brooke. She was able to confidently help us with our questions about the menu and what were the best things to order! Will be coming back again
