Kaiden was such a sweet cashier, she was super nice and patient while i figured out the menu. There was also a shorter woman with red/purple hair who gave me my food and was very nice as well.

As far as fast food goes I have never had an issue here. Never a long wait. Food was always delicious and fresh. Heavily recommended the mushroom Swiss burger.

20 minutes ago I ordered a double cheeseburger and specifically said no tomatoes or mayonnaise. I opened the sandwich at home and the sandwich had tomatoes and mayonnaise. This is unsatisfactory. The place was not busy. I was the only customer inside. The manager I spoke to could care less. As she stated "I didn't make the sandwich". Do not waste your time or money at this place of business.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my food to get done. I got it when I asked for my money back. the fries were soggy and the meet cold.if I wanted bad food if go to Berger King. I'm going to give this place another shot. I liked there food...but like everything else that's good, it's going BAD, SO SAD
Normally, I don't write reviews, but when service is so bad I feel like I have to speak up. I just visited Hardee's after a long hiatus and now I remember why. I placed my order and waited several minutes only for the drive thru server ask if I could pull around to the front of the store and they would bring my order out. I waited, and waited and waited some more. When they finally brought my order out, the fries were cold and they forgot to the main item in the kids meal. The CHEESE BURGER!!!! Everything was dumped in the bag upside down. I had to go inside the store to retrieve what was missing. My meal they totally got wrong. The bread was stale and dry.. , I asked for No pickles or tomatoes, guess what was in the burger. RIDICULOUS!!! Total waste of time. Hardee's staff you need to do better. Middletown has a lot of new stores and eateries coming soon. Bad reviews can make or break a place. Management and Owner please do better.

I started having a much smoother experience when they started advertising using the mobile app, and thus had my food ready whenever I used it. My food has been consistently hot and tastes good.

I’m on a short road trip and as I was plotting out all my stops I noticed there was a Hardee’s here in Middletown. I haven’t eaten at a Hardee’s in decades (I didn’t quit you, Hardee’s, you quit me by closing up the restaurants around me!). Anyway, I have fond memories of the place from when I was a kid so I decided to make a special stop here. I’m glad I did. The food was outstanding. The burger was to die for. The crinkle cut fries were seasoned perfectly. The employees were all friendly. Especially the manager/ supervisor. I believe her name was Kandice?? It began with a K. They were pretty busy with the drive thru and She not only took my order, she cooked it for me as well! I can’t tell you the last time a saw a restaurant manager that could or would actually cook as well! Hardee’s, promote her. Also I paid attention to how she interacted with her shift crew and she was very upbeat and positive.
Parking: Standard “Around the fast food restaurant parking”. Plenty to be had.
