Had a great time at Hardee’s today. Was my first time trying this restaurant even though I’ve passed it many times over the years. Restaurant was very clean, food was great and the staff (shout out Gary!) was incredibly helpful - and patient with me asking questions for first experience.

Today was a very stressful day at work and I was feeling very “Grinchy” as I pulled up to place my take out order this evening at the Hardee’s in Middletown. The quick and extremely polite and cheerful service from Jeremy at the take out window was the best part of my day. It’s the little things. Got two chicken cordon bleu combos on Frisco bread . Awful not toasted cold fries not worth 26.00 . Manager gave excuse of warmer lights not working well if you know this would it not prompt you to check the food temperature before serving. Second bad experience here won’t go back . Sad because the Hardee’s in Dover on RT 8 is amazing.

Hardys has changed their chicken oil to a very unhealthy Canola oil, which they are trying to pawn off as healthy. Chicken is not as good. And Canola oil is almost like poison!

The staff here was nothing short of amazing! We are from out of town and drove over an hour just to come to Hardee’s. They were patient and kind while we placed our large order, never rushing us, and were incredibly helpful throughout. Excellent service—we truly appreciated it!
