This IHOP is great. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Delicious pancakes and steak. Every time we come, we have a server who is always attentive and accommodating. Our last visit there today with Zaire as our server was a satisfying experience. Give Zaire a raise!

The fries were delicious BUT one persons pancakes were delivered before the appetizer and before anyone else got their food. It was 6:00 pm and it was empty. We were the only customers. They were out of onion rings and French toast sticks, what kind of restaurant is out of food when there’s no one in there.😡 The server was eating Dominos Pizza in another booth near the restroom.

Service is extremely slow. The restaurant was not crowded. We waited 45 minutes for our food. We ordered an omlet with American cheese instead of cheddar and pancakes, and French toast. The pancakes came to our table cold. I sent it back. A new stack came out but the Omlet did not come until 10 minutes later. I had send it back because it had Cheddar cheese. We waited another 10 minutes for the French which was also cold. This is the worst service i have ever experienced and totally unacceptable. The manager came over to apologize and comp part of our meal. This doesn't make up for the poor dining experience.

Never thought I would say this about an IHOP, but it was so bad it felt like I was talking to air! They didn't take off the BLT because I ate half of it!! I asked for no lettuce, but they put lettuce on it. Then I asked for the bacon well done, and even that wasn't done right! A young teenager was waiting on us, and it felt like he was making all the decisions like where's the manager?

Was there at 7:15 a.m. was told couldn’t be served I was told no serverwas available no one showed up for work. Not a very good way to do business. What were the employees that were there doing?

First, I would like to say that it was our first time having breakfast or even dining at this NEWer location, for that matter.
The place was exceptionally clean and spacious.
Our wait wasn't long for our order to be taken, which was rather fast, to be honest, and the food was brought to our table even faster than expected.
The food is fresh, fulfilling, and pipping HOT!! Just how we preferred it.
PROS: My husband LOVES his big fluffy French toast. The strawberries ? were fresh. He was very pleased. His made to order omelet was perfectly how he wanted it to be. His turkey bacon ? was crispy just how he ordered it.
CONS: Those hashbrowns were NOT to my liking. A flattened/smashed shredded potatoes - it's definitely a NO for me. Bland and burnt. I'll try homefries IF they are menu option.
We were seated close to the kitchen... the woman who cooked the food was hilarious, seemed to be a ball of fire, and great coworker to work with. Making the job fun for the staff, especially relating to the gen z crew.
I definitely would return for the overall service. I hope the establishment does not change.

Overall outstanding service, outstanding quality of food, and a nice atmosphere to take you family. If we didn't frequent breakfast dining often, since we both love our homemade breakfasts. If it wasn't for that I would be going there more frequently.
I waited more than an hour to get my food. Most of the ingredients were all ran out from what I heard. As soon as my waiter came out he told us that they were just now starting our food. At that point it had been around 30-40 minutes.When our food did come out it wasn’t even good at it was lacking taste, not only that I also found some mold in my food. I would not recommend coming here ever again service was 1/10 if I could I would give it a 0/10 . please save yourself some time and don’t ever come here

Waited 45 minutes to get our food so we got up and left. Never in my life have I had to do that ANYWHERE before. I’m sure they won’t give a shit anyway but in case management even cares, probably about $80 worth of food you’ll now just have to throw out. Our server seemed to be half asleep and didn’t come to check on us once, we had to waive her down every time we wanted a refill on drinks which happened twice in the time we were waiting for food (we finished all our drinks two whole times and the food still never arrived.) The place also smelled like sewer water and the staff in general was just completely incompetent and unwelcoming.

Smells kinda bad when you walk in. Service is awful - server took our order at the start and never checked in on us. Took 45 minutes to get the food for 4 ppl. When we flagged down the server to ask if the food is coming soon she had no idea and couldn’t check for us. There’s at most 10 other people here dining in so it’s not even like they’re packed
Garbage place. Better to drive to another ihop.
