Highly Recommend there beef and chicken Pattie's! Really reminds me of Jamaica! I'm looking forward to trying some of their full meals! But until then, I am very pleased with the authenticity of this place.

The food is not what it use to be. The soup is...i wont describe it. One week soup good another week needs a lot to be desired. The taste of food is not the best. I keep buying thinking it would better. The patty is great. Pls pls add flavor to food . I will continue to support hoping it gets better.

I guess I caught Covid 22. Bland dry and basically bones. Wouldn’t doubt this food is a couple days old. Cashier seemed paranoid like I was gonna rob the place. Overpriced for bones. I’ve had better mac n cheese in a school lunch.

Nice new food spot in Middletown. I got the curry chicken, yams and Mac n cheese. Portion size was good and prices are reasonable.

The food was NASTY. Ordered the red snapper it taste like a box of salt was poured on it, no West Indian flavor at all. The rice dry & tasteless look like it came from the bottom of pot, the shrimp salad a JOKE, it was bag salad with 3 miniature shrimp. I will never return. Why can't I get good, authentic Wedt Indian food in DE ???

J*** chicken, red beans and rice, cabbage and the j*** chicken patties were great! Even the bread pudding was on point. Looking forward to the rum cake next. I'll be back!

Talk on this site LYING! This food is absolutely terrible and this is coming from a West Indian family! The cabbage was terrible soggy, the meat has absolutely no taste, the only thing decent about this meal was the rice. This is not authentic fOR Jamaican food NOR ANY TYPE of Caribbean food!

?????? For Caribbean food lovers...This place hits the spot! I had Oxtail, and the 3 different patties, and they all were ON POINT! Delicioso food, the place is always SO clean! You have to try it! Unfortunatey I only took picture of my leftover beef pattie cause I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures to post. Maybe next time! ??

I’m sos surprised at the negative comments, the food was so good we’ll seasoned and the oxtails were cooked right tender and you could tell it’s been cooked nice and long. Will definitely be coming back.

Curry chicken patties are packed with deliciousness, so filling, the pastry is perfect. The curry goat is full of flavor, highly recommend. I get a regular platter on Saturday so I have left overs on Monday, such a great way to start the week. Love the j*** sauce, both mild and hot, you can really taste the Scotch bonnet peppers, the hot is HOT, my dad loves it. The owner is super nice and will explain if you have questions, it's becoming a favorite for me and my dad.

Didn't expect to get half of fish in my snapper platter, the fish was delicious. Mac was good. Platter was $14.00. Please explain to customers what you get in platters when ordering a Regular vs. Large platter. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the side I asked for because it was givento another customer who came in after me.. so I was given greens which I didnt want and tast like canned greens.....suggestion the left hand has to know what the right hand is doing so this situation doesn't happen...this happen because most of the veggies were limited or sold out. Everyone' was nice..

This place CERTAINLY has potential to be the best in Delaware. The j*** chicken is phenomenal, reminiscent to what I would get from home. True j*** on the grill flavor! As far as the ox tails, I would certainly suggest taking them off the menu instead of selling subpar product if they don't recievea good shipment, especially at $15 for regular and $20 for large. There was barely any meat on them at all....now for my issue. First, they should definitely change the containers ftheir food is served in because it takes away from what good Jamaican restaurants are about. Good food and good portions. Although really good, their containers (Chinese food containers) make it hard to actually get what you pay for. Even more so, I believe their regular and large dishes are sold in the same container, just a different color. That's not good for business longevity. You have competition. A bowl full of rice and peas and cabbage when you can only fit one, maybe two good pieces of A PIECE of chicken in the container, shouldn't cost $13 for a large...again, they have some tweaking to do, but overall the food is the best I've had that didn't come from someone's backyard. My closet comparison would be Karribean Link in smyrna, but he's been gone for years.
