La Bonne Nutrition has a very pleasant atmosphere . The owner Fatima, greets you with a warm smile and makes PERFECT smoothies. I love the variety of smoothies that you can choose from and the tea is delicious too. The prices are surprisingly affordable. I haven't participated in their Saturday Fitness class yet, but I'm certainly looking forward to it.
