We would like to commence by noting that we have dined at this establishment on multiple occasions and have consistently expressed positive feedback, until our most recent visit. It is unclear whether the establishment has employed new wait staff or if the current staff members are inadequately trained. Upon arrival at our table, which accommodated four guests, we were provided with a single menu. When I inquired about an item listed on the menu, I was informed that it was not available and that they had not previously served that item, which contradicts past experiences where I have received it regularly. Later in the meal, when requesting sweetener for the table, I received only one packet along with a container of honey. We ordered iced tea. After the appetizers, our main courses were served, however, one of my friend's meals was entirely incorrect. It is possible that we visited on a night when new employees were being trained. Nonetheless, compared to prior visits, the level of service has significantly deteriorated. Regrettably, this experience has led us to conclude that we are unlikely to return, as the dining experience is no longer satisfactory. Notably, the wait staff congregated near the pizza oven, distracted on their phones, and disappeared for approximately twenty minutes during refills. I would like to add that the restaurant was minimally occupied, with only three tables occupied during our visit, indicating that busyness was not a contributing factor.

We've been to Lore many times, but it has changed drastically. It does not have the same experience and level of dining out as in the past most likely we will not return. Don't know what happened, but it's very unfortunate and sad.

It just seemed like they were having an off night. There was only one other table occupied. The food was not good and some things were almost inedible. There were a ton of flies inside the restaurant. We are hoping it was just a bad night. We have been here before and loved it.

Took and confirmed a reservation, called to verify the menu and spoke to someone on the phone about it. I arrived for my reservation time and the place was closed. No sign, no explanation. I understand life happens, but update the voicemail or website if there's an unscheduled closure so people don't drive half an hour for nothing.

great service. there was a massive delay with the food due to short-staffing, but the manager made good on this inconvenience. very responsive to customer needs. friendly staff.

Restaurant was nearly empty and we still waited an excessive amount of time for brunch. Food was very basic, nothing special and not what I would expect for a nice restaurant.

I have been going to lore for a year now and have never had a bad experience until now. The staff has all changed and so has the service. Amanda and Shane were the best. I am saddened to see what has happened to this place.

I would like to start off with the fact that this place has hands down been our favorite place. The pizza is spectacular and us being from NY and NJ says a lot!!! The menu always has fantastic items to choose from and the drink menu doesn’t disappoint either. We loved the staff and Shane was one our most favorite persons there. Over the past few months. We have seen the atmosphere change and staff leaving! More recently we can sit there for an extensive amount of time without anyone even bringing water! You had a good thing and now we are so sad to no longer be able to say this is our favorite place 😢. Walked out with 5 people there and not one even saying anything, besides the new pizza young man, who is nice.

We had stopped by for dinner a few days ago. The atmosphere was wonderful and the inside of the restaurant is beautiful. The food was decent but the bartender didn’t really know how to make simple drinks and was a bit rude. The manager mike apologized on her behalf and was very polite. He proceeded to check on us throughout the night to make sure everything was okay for us. We appreciated that level of customer service and will come back because of that!

This establishment is located in the middle of a community development. The main feature is the wood burning oven utilized to prepare their pizzas. There are other options and entrees on the menu. However, it is somewhat of limited menu.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Pricing seems higher than comparison alternatives. Outdoor seating is available, but may want to consider weather dynamics.

We don’t get out very much, but this was a date night well spent. Mike Z was an AMAZING bartender, his food and drink suggestions did not miss. The cocktails were phenomenal and the conversation was fantastic. We had such a great night that we came back the same night after visiting another bar. It was such a great night and we can’t wait to come back again!

Every time I visit, I’m reminded why this place stands out so much. The experience is nothing short of phenomenal—once again, they’ve gone above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional level of attentiveness that feels increasingly rare these days.

The drinks are crafted with care and quality, and the food? Absolutely incredible. It speaks for itself in flavor, presentation, and consistency. But what truly sets this place apart is the customer service and the management’s genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.

During my recent visit, I witnessed the kind of integrity and thoughtfulness you don’t often see. When a chicken wing was accidentally dropped, they immediately replaced it, no questions asked. Then, without even being prompted, a staff member kindly offered to switch my mashed potatoes for rice after overhearing me mention that mashed potatoes don’t sit well with me. That level of attention to detail was not only unexpected—it was deeply appreciated.

I continue to be impressed, visit after visit. It’s clear that the people here care deeply about what they do, and it shows in every part of the experience. I truly love it here, and I can’t recommend it enough. I hope more people get the chance to discover and appreciate this incredible hidden gem.

Second time at Lore. Innovative dishes perfectly prepared. Our server did a great job. Wine list has some nice reds and whites, including one we particularly like, but is a bit limited. We strongly recommend Lore for an excellent casual dining experience.
