Don is a very well respected manager on his shift at the Middletown Delaware location. He's very laid back and nice it could be crowded in the waiting area at times but he seems to have everything under control and treats everyone with respect he makes sure everyone is taken care of He's a keeper.

i’ve been going to this mcdonald’s for a little bit now and no matter what i get im almost always asked to pull forward(busy or not) which isn’t a big deal to except that everytime i am asked to pull forward or into a waiting spot im stuck waiting 10 minutes and my food is always messed up

I made a DoorDash order and only got fries. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a sundae and only got fries the night on March Eighth on a Saturday night she hung up on me when I told her the issue I called to make sure my next order Would have all the stuff in it and she hung up on me

One cash register only inside since redesign. No more play area and inside has a inside a locker room look. It's weird. Food tastes same as always just overpriced if you don't have coupons. Did drive thru they make you park as soon as you get to window then bring out wrong food and they're gone before you can check so you have to go in anyways. Ordered on mobile 15 minutes before I get there why wasn't it ready at window to begin with.

It’s always my goto location there but they are under construction and going there right now is up in the air so I wanted to call before I drove out there so I didn’t have to waste expensive gas 🤦♀️ and wanted to call before I drive out there and get my kids all excited to get McDonald’s for dinner cause my ass does NOT feel like cooking and of course THEY DONT PICK UP THERE PHONE so I can just call to see what there hours are during there construction and renovations so frustrating 😫 so it looks like I’ll be driving there and not know if there open or not so maybe it’s gonna be Wendy’s tonight 🤷🏻♀️

What is this place? Certainly not the McD’s I am used to. Very stark and unwelcoming. Food took a long time to arrive. Can no longer refill your own cup. No children play area. Even the employees hate the new build. That says something. Sorry, I’ll go somewhere else!

Wow! This place sucked the happiness right outta me. New renovations similar to basic, hospital cafeteria. Gray walls, and the vibe was off. No self-serve anything! I definitely won’t be back. Even my kids mentioned how “boring” the place is.
Order a double cheeseburger burger and got something completely different, and they almost forgot my mcFlurry completely

Employees are very rude and not only to they make fun of customers, they do it loudly enough for other people to hear. I witnessed two employees, one was definitely a manager, be very rude about a customer making fun of her appearance. Food is mediocre.

I've been going to this Mc Donalds for years and this is the first time I've ever considered writing a review. My food came out within the next 30 seconds of me submitting my order over the app. My friend who paid with cash had the same experience, which was impressive considering she also ordered a chocolate milkshake. They had Christmas music playing and the staff was very cheerful. My chicken McNuggets were so crispy and cooked to perfection.
