Their new remodel is so empty Everything is hidden behind the wall so you can’t see anyone making your food and all the people who are nice who worked there have been replaced by people that are miserable and don’t wanna be bothered. They’ll make you spend hundreds of dollars to get a certain happy meal toy that you want. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and they gave me a hamburger and they said well you said plain and I said plain cheeseburger and I’m a kid too so a grown adult manager was being comped with me. That is no way to talk to a kid or any customer especially one that has been coming to that location their whole life

Me and my wife just door dashed from the Middletown store I didn’t get my ice cream that I paid for and the gave her large fries with half the fries not in there.. like what’s wrong with the staff there? 🤦🏻‍♂️

Had to kill some time between customers. Stopped by here and grabbed a coffee. They brought it to me, there's some people that also sit inside. The homeless people that hang inside are calm and quiet unlike other McDonald's. Not a bad spot at all, but the internet does cut out if there's a way to fix it

Disgusting and horrific customer service this afternoon. The woman at the window was rude and aggressive. She had an attitude when I reminded her that I need to pay at the 2nd window (she was about to hand me the food without paying), she charged and gave me someone’s drinks. I corrected her and she tried to blame me for her error and snatched my card. I returned the food and got my money back. She had a disgusting attitude. Do better and train your people!

For the third time in a row the app has said my meal was ready but when I go in they haven't even begun to make it. Also since the remodel of this store there is no place to get your own ketchup, napkins or refill your drink. Also when you do ask for a refill they use a new cup, what a terrible waste of plastic. Terrible service, terrible design. Such a shame.

I don’t even eat McDonald’s once in a while when I need something quick, let me tell you something. I don’t know why this place has a three star because I cooked my own food and yes I was hungry but this is our food is supposed to be fries are nice and crunchy burger was nice and warm not too hot. I wanted to come back around and ask the person’s name who was working, but I don’t like to be annoying
