Ordered online from Metro Diner and was told pickup at 11:40. Showed up at 11:30 — place was slammed, totally get it. But their to-go system is a mess. Waited until 12:20 just to ask about my order, and the staff member actually asked if I wanted a refund so I could “go somewhere else.” Super rude.Finally got my food, drove the 2 minutes home… and everything was stone cold. All around, a total fail today, Metro Diner. Really disappointed — you can do better than this.
I had a great meatloaf dinner on Tuesday. Our Waiter Troy was very attentive and Pleasant. He did a great job serving us. TY for making our evening Lovely!!!
Great food, always hot and on point. Trey was our waiter and was very attentive, professional, and friendly even when the area was busy.
