Unfortunately it is not really fair To give it such a low rating but it is the only option I can do with this app. The restaurant cancelled Our reservation because of lack of staff to work that night. I believe they are closing their doors for good.

I had a reservation on Friday, 12/22/23 at 12pm. I was coming from Wayne, PA; my sister from Wilmington and my 75 year-old aunt from Ocean City, MD. I drove approx 60 miles and my aunt drove approx 80 miles. My sister got there first and was told that "the only staff that showed up was the cook and the owner." There was no communication that our reservation had been cancelled, although the owner stated that he had cancelled the reservation. That was an outright lie. Additionally, he did not even apologize or offer an incentive to return. It is my opinion that something is tragically wrong with the ownership/ management of this location for an entire staff to not show three days before Christmas. Do not go here as the same may happen to you.

Been there 5 different times food has always been excellent service always quick waiter/waitress always helpful and polite....great atmosphere....never been disappointed... always will be back with friends

Another incredible experience and meal! I highly recommend Metro Steak and Seafood for date night, night out with friends, family, etc. I personally feel that it's not a place for kids/children though, at least not in the evenings, as it's a more chill, romantic ambiance. Live music on the weekends is also a plus!

While our dinner was presented well, one of our guests did not get her chive cheddar mash potatoes and green beans. Those dishes came out after we stressed to Ally (our wait person) that the steak order was wrong. The wait person did not ask if I wanted my soup before my meal. But otherwise the food was hot upon its arrival and very tasty. I know that alot of restaurants are short staffed and when you have one wait staff member being pulled in many different ways mistakes happen.
Food is consistently good here but tonight it was off just a little. The crab cake was 5/10 for a region where it is the signature dish. Too much filler. Server was attentive but addressed us like one of his buddies. Harvest Salad listed on the menu no longer an item..need to update menu. Appetizer took awhile to arrive, then entrees came right after, before we had finished the app, a Big no-no for me. Ok experience but for the price, they need to tweak their operation a bit.

Had a great night here. Everything is reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding. We've gone a few times lately and each time there was live entertainment. We spent extra time with the couple we went out with and our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Highly recommend.

Water 2 hours with no food!! Appetizers never came!! U was close to Walking out. When food came it was cold. Didn't complain because it took 2 hours!! We will never go again!!!

Meals were well prepared. Great flavor. Service was very attentive. Not a place to dine peacefully and have a conversation with your wife though. Very loud. Had to yell across the table. Not a fun experience.
Very expensive for average food. Price of everything was much more then other better steak houses we have been to. Raw clams were to large to be served raw. Middle neck clams are good for stuffed clams or clams casino. Will consider going somewhere else for dinner in the area when we come to visit my family.

Let’s first start with a 90 min wait for our food. Then the big ticket items ( ribeyes) were served at the wrong temp. Also did not match the menu. They came covered in a canned gravy that you can still find chunks of unmixed powder in they tried to convince us it was a Demi glaze which it was not. Then we found cockroach traps under our booth 5 to be exact with roaches on them. When we confronted the owner he said they aren’t his and don’t know where they came from. Really…… then they screwed up a shrimp salad by burning the shrimp into an inedible state. Then tried to charge us for everything? they should be ashamed that’s why all your staff left!!

Had reservations for five for a bachelor party. The group showed up and sat down and found out They only had two beers available and not many liquor options. They ended up going to crooked hammock. It’s a shame because my husband really wanted to try this place.

We enjoyed this very easy to find location. The service was excellent. The food was ?. I personally had the salmon Parmesan risotto with asparagus and a side of Mac and cheese. Others had the lamb chops, seafood pasta, shrimp, and steak. My uncle ordered the tomahawk ?. The tomahawk was huge. All the food was accurately priced for the style of restaurant that provides love music. And the music was good! I do not drink alcohol so I was advised the drinks were strong. The atmosphere was really nice and I will definitely return. Happy 65th Birthday to my Dad❤️

Nice place, French onion soup was good. Dinner was horrible. Parmesan crusted chicken with marinara sauce had zero flavor! Caesar salad had no cheese.Very pricey and food isn’t good. Tried it, over it not a fan.
