We are so excited that “Sweet” Sarah as we call her has her own shop. She makes the best shakes, teas, and makes the most creative weekly specials. I would highly suggest going to see Sarah at MOT Social, we miss her dearly at Trolley Square. I see the comment below states that her business won’t survive, Sarah has been extremely successful and has moved to her own shop and leadership within Herbalife in under a year. I suggest everyone has their own experience and enjoys the GOODVIBES of where she came from :)

LOVE Sarah and her delicious shakes/ healthy baked goods. She’s a delight, incredibly welcoming and hard working. Sarah always takes the time to ask me about my day and share in my crazy work stories. I go for the shakes but also for the good vibes and community. Pic is of the delicious peanut butter squares.
Terrible experience with new ownership. I always support local businesses and refuse to ever set foot into her business ever again. The new owner is rude, not welcoming and argumentative! To make it worse, the shake was terrible and not even filled to the top. All I could taste is way too much lemon flavoring that I couldn’t finish my shake. The prices are outrageous for lackluster service and subpar shakes that aren’t made correctly. I will NEVER be back! I highly doubt the new owner will find success in Middletown since she argues with customers on her first day in business. Her establishment was dead and now I know why! Do yourself a favor. Make your own protein shake at home!
