go to Panda once in a while because it’s very close to the shopping center where my business, Orient Retreat Spa, is located. We are new to Delaware, and most of the time I use DoorDash. My husband and three kids love Panda food, and my husband, who is American, also enjoys Chinese food. I usually order a family-size meal once a week.

I’ve been there two or three times, but yesterday I was impressed by one of the employees — a young woman who seemed Spanish or a little Asian. She was incredibly welcoming, cheerful, and energetic, even at 8 PM. Most people are tired at the end of the day, but she was patient, helpful, and made the experience very pleasant.

It’s rare to see young workers with such a positive attitude, and she is definitely a keeper! Every restaurant could use employees like her to make customers happy.😊 Even though I tried to tip her $6, she politely refused, saying it wasn’t allowed. She is so honest and professional — it really impressed me!

Everyone’s there you have a lot of people, but no one working sat in the drive-through for five minutes and no one answered in midday. No one wants to work.

We got takeout from Panda Express this past Sunday, and I just have to shout out how great the experience was! Tenny helped us at the counter and was absolutely wonderful—so outgoing, personable, and attentive. She treated us with such kindness and professionalism, I honestly wish everyone in customer service had her attitude!

Tenny made sure to ask about any food allergies while we were ordering, which really impressed me. It showed she truly cared about getting everything right and making sure we had a safe and enjoyable meal. And speaking of the food—delicious as always!

I had planned to fill out the survey on our receipt to give her a proper shoutout, but I misplaced it. I still wanted to make sure Tenny gets recognized for her awesome attitude and top-notch service. Panda Express, she’s a gem!

Worst meal we have ever had at any Panda Express, & we have eaten at PEx all over the country.
Chow Mein was just undercooked noodles, with no vegetables. What happened to the cabbage, onions and celery and sauce???
Fried rice was undercooked, pale in color (mostly white), tasteless, and had less peas and carrots than a 2 year old would eat!
We both ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. It was tough, undercooked and unappetizing. We couldn’t eat it.
The only edible thing on my order was the Honey Sesame Chicken, but the portion consisted of 3 chunks of chicken, with lots of green beans. The beans were fresh, but undercooked.
We couldn’t eat most of our orders.
This was a take out dinner order and so disappointing it would make the Panda cry.

We had Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches for dinner.
We will not be returning.

Just got a plate from Leah, she was very lovely, gave good portion sizes. Very kind and enthusiastic, will come again.

Sergio was very nice as well.

Go to any other panda express. Portion sizes are laughably small. Chow Mein is just cabbage, not many noodles. I’m paying an extra $1.70 for honey walnut shrimp, I get small portions than a chicken teriyaki, which is unreal.

Very poor customer service. Employees could care less about food quality.. they let the food completely run out before they even consider making more. Or they'll let the food get all dry and old and think it's okay to serve it to customers. Then act like you're a problem if you want fresh food.. My last visit, she tried to give me more veggies than the actual meat. Told the girl my kids won't eat all them vegetables and was requesting more meat. She refused, so I just went somewhere else to eat.

I ordered a big plate to DoorDash. Ask for extra soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. DoorDash driver send me a message. She stated that they said it was in the bag I get my food. The big plate was not a big plate. There is no sauce, soy sauce or teriyaki sauce in the bag. I would recommend no one ever goes here. I can’t speak to the manager. The young lady that answered the phone said there wasn’t one assist on speaking to somebody that was In the supervisors position then she stated that. Manager was on break I don’t even worry about eating the food now I just threw it away but one thing about it. I don’t live here so I don’t have to worry about them again I am over the road truck driver. I will never order anything from this panda and I come here once a week in this area I could’ve gave the $20 to a homeless person but I didn’t eat it. It’s in the trash now so do not ever gonna DoorDash a Uber from this location and if I had time I would go Over there and ask for a refund I did give the driver a five star. Also looking at her car on the inside was filthy, and if I could go back and give her a rating I would and the food was trying to rest of the bag was leaking. Absolutely terrible experience. And this is supposed to be a bigger plate The rice is dry, so there’s no soy sauce or teriyaki sauce on the meat. I don’t even know how they stay in business but I will contact the corporate office and I should’ve checked the reviews before they were absolutely terrible. Lesson learned. Check the reviews of the restaurant before you order???? Trash, trash, trash, the worst panda I’ve ever been to or receive food trough

The customer service from the worker Sephora was absolutely amazing. She was sweet the entire time and had absolutely no attitude and never seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was even asking my daughters questions about their cheerleading and was just sweet the entire time
