It was a pleasant surprise for a chain restaurant! The cleanliness of the place, even in the back, showed their dedication to providing a great experience. While the rice lacked flavor, the meat made up for it. The kindness and warm welcome from the staff added a special touch. Overall, it left a positive impression on me.

Easily the most poorly run Panda express I have encountered. We have never went there and there wasn’t an issue. The workers are rude and they never are fully prepared for service. Today the lady waiting on us thought it funny that they were unprepared. You have many choice of places in Middletown to eat. This should not be one of them.

Some of the flavors are passable but the rice is always hard and dry. Why bother?I find I enjoy it more if I just get the chicken in a little side order without the rice... I know that sounds strange, but the races so disappointing it undermines the meal.

I really hate giving bad reviews but if I would have read this review before going I would have chosen a different place to eat.. this was my first time going to a Panda Express and it was so gross. I got "the bigger plate" so I did fried rice, sweet chicken, sesame chicken and an egg roll. It was all so bad nothing was edible and I'm not picky at all. I will say it was cheap enough for me not to be mad, the meal and a drink was only $15 so I threw it all away after a bite of each and went over to chipotle.

I stopped by this Panda Express as I was working in the area one afternoon. I went inside and inquired about the NEW crispy almond chicken that was advertised. I asked if it was sweet & how it was in comparison to their orange chicken. Staff was not very good at answering my question. She just said it was sweet and the orange chicken is sour. No sample piece was offered. I ended up ordering a single bowl of the orange chicken and the chow mein with a fountain soda. My order was scooped up while I waited and handed over within minutes. I was given a paper cup and directed to the soda fountain. The food: The orange chicken was tasty. I would NOT say that it was sour at all. It was actually kind of sweet. It was not super tender, but not too hard. The chow mein noodles were ok, but a little tasteless and dry. I could not eat them plain, but managed to eat most of them covered in the orange chicken glaze. My fountain soda was terrible. It had little to no fizz and the Dr, Pepper tasted like root beer, which I despise. It seemed like the lines were crossed in the fountain soda machine. Gross. Overall, the food was OK. Staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking about the different types of chicken offered. Price was kind of high for fast food & quality of product received.

I hadn't been to Panda Express since before the pandemic. This place has completely changed for the worst. I'll start with the rude woman who was waiting on people today (Sunday, August 22nd). She is unnecessarily abrasive and gives off a very angry and impatient vibe. I assume she's the manager which makes this even worse... strike one. Then let's move on to portions. I ordered a plate with Honey Walnut Shrimp and Crispy Almond Chicken as my entrees and Fried Rice as my side. First of all, these cheapskates put the entrees in the little teeny spots on the top of the divided plate that are actually designed for sides and they give you pounds of rice where the entrees are supposed to go, so I barely got any chicken and shrimp and way too much rice. On top of that, they charge extra for the honey walnut shrimp (all five tiny little pieces they give you)... strike two. Finally let's move on to taste... there was none. The honey walnut shrimp used to be my favorite dish at Panda Express. It tasted great and the little candied walnuts within the dish were so tasty. Now, the shrimp, the candied walnuts, the chicken, and the rice literally tasted like NOTHING. It was probably old and they were cutting corners by serving it. I tried to add soy sauce to the rice to make it actually taste like something and the soy sauce was flavorless too... strike three.Three strikes in one day and you're out Panda Express. If this pathetic excuse for a restaurant is still around in a year, I'll be incredibly surprised. Save yourself some money, disappointment, and frustration by avoiding this place.

I mean it's fast food so you can really expect much , the staff are very friendly and excited to welcome the patrons as they enter the restaurant. Food is hit or miss depending on if the dish you order just came out right as you ordered it . So try your best to get it fresh I love Asian food so this is a go to occasionally if I just so happen to see one in a strip mall or food court . My favorites are the Super greens , the fried rice & the Lo-mein with sriracha or House mustard on it.
