I always get the breaded wings I have not gotten for a long ordered 40 wings. The flats were all the size of the tip of my pinky. This is the 1st time this has happened. I was shocked and disappointed

Do not order delivery!!! We put in an order and patiently waited for it to come. Given that it was a weekend, we knew it would take some time. However, after the website said our order has been “delivered” it was nowhere to be found. We waited another 15 minutes and decided to call. After confirming that the address was correct, the manager first claimed that our order had been delivered. When we told him multiple times that it did not, he then claimed that the driver was currently “standing in front of the door”. So right there we caught him in a lie. He was very adamant that it had arrived and did not seem to care about our failed delivery. We asked multiple times for him to put money back on the card, but he kept trying to get us to let them send another order out. We have been ordering here for 20 years now… never again

The food here is excellent! It's a bit fancier than your average pizza place and the prices reflect that, but it's worth it for a special treat. I've loved everything I've ordered so far: the salads are great, and I love the flatbreads (particularly the chipotle chicken and roasted veggie flatbread) The quesadillas are great too! I also really love the lettuce wraps! Delivery fee was reasonable as well/ cheaper than grubhub.

Absolutely awful! My family ordered a pizza, wings, and a salad. When the order arrived the pizza was missing! As soon as I noticed, I called the restaurant and was assured the driver would turn around to bring the rest of the order. 30 minutes later and nothing! I Called again and spoke to the manager, Val, who was very rude. He was defiant in saying we got the pizza and was accusatory towards me and my husband. He refused to refund our money unless we returned our partial order to the driver! He clearly did not believe we did not receive our pizza.Before hanging up on me the manager claimed he was going to ban me… for voicing my displeasure. I have been ordering from this Pat’s restaurant for over twenty years and this insulting experience will be my LAST!
