We were traveling back to the Philly area from St Michael's and looking for a lunch spot. In the sea of cookie cutter chain restaurants that flood Middletown DE, we opted for this mom and pop shop that sits unassumingly in an older plaza. It's not a flashy joint but the food is phenomenal! I ordered the grilled pork bun noodles which I still daydream about. Husband got the beef banh mi (he devoured it) and Kid got grilled shrimp on rice (unbeatable flavor). No joke, this place rivals some of the Vietnamese spots in Philly.

I love pho and I’m glad we have some in town! Their pork chops, vermicelli bowls, and banh mi is also very good!

We were seated right away and staff was pleasant.
The pho is broth is flavorful and had a decent amount of filling.
The vermicelli noodles with grilled shrimp was delicious. The shrimp was cooked well and they gave you plenty of it. Overall the portion was a little small but it still filled us up.
Not pictured is a shrimp mango salad. We got it to go so I asked for the sauce separate. When I ate it the next day It was still very fresh and the portion size was nice. The salad itself once mixed has plenty of flavor and is very refreshing.
If I’m in the area I’ll for sure stop by again. Pricing was pretty decent too.

Nice quiet place to get pho. Food was delicious!! I honestly would’ve gave it higher but unfortunate there was a bug in my pho. They were cool about it and took it off my bill but I probably won’t return because of that. Service was okay, not them warm and welcoming but I don’t mind that.

Grilled pork spring rolls are amazing and my favorite appetizer that they offer. The flank steak pho is delicious!

The cashier was not pleasant. A thank you for coming would have been in order. He just handed me my food without saying a word. Maybe that was the reason for an empty restaurant. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Rudeness does not elevate a business.
Hoagie had very little meat or filling. Mostly bread.

Serving mystery fish not even the management knows what fish they serve except eel. They cannot identify the species of fish nor do they know what it should look like such as Toro tuna being very dark. Fishes are misidentified
Yummy!! Yummy!!

First time at this restaurant. The menu was varied without being too large. We tried 5 appetisers and 2 mains (one salad and one noodle dish). All of the food was nicely seasoned with fresh asian flavours. Good portion sizes without being too large. Sauces were very nice and well flavoured as well. We had slushies, my Mango flavoured one was delicious. Will be returning for sure and will try more of the menu. Would recommend.

We stopped on the way through town. We bought P3 PHO TAI. The serving size was appreciable however the broth was too sweet. We bought a large of the 2 of us and could not finish it because it was so sweet. Besides that the restaurant appeared to be clean, calming and nicely decorated.

Ordered the large pho special. Proportions are off, you have a huge bowl filled with pho noodles but about 1/5 of your bowl is topped off with beef, flank steak, whatever extra you ordered. Had to go fishing in my bowl to find some protein. Even when I was able to catch something with my chopsticks, the catch was so small I cried on the way home.
