I visit Playa a lot. Everyone is different. The fruit is always fresh. This one was a bit skimpy on the base and some of the toppings. How can a Nutella bowl have a drop of Nutella? Other than that, it was clean, and the associates were friendly.

Love going here after my mani/pedi since it’s in the same plaza it’s so convenient ? Great customer service they’re always so nice!
I love playa bowls and the food is delicious, I’ve been coming here since it opened. For some reason lately on multiple occasions customer service has been poor. No one greets or acknowledges picking up an online order. This morning in particular was awful. When I walked in the lady pointed to an order and said here. First, I just entered the store, the order was not mine and when I stated it’s not mine she never asked about my order or acknowledged my presence. As I patiently waited she cleaned the blenders and never said anything to me. She picked up the phone and yet still never said anything to me. It took the young man coming from the back who was actually working to acknowledge me. He was kind and even apologize to me. It wasn’t his fault at all. I wanted to say something to the woman but she greeted and took the order of someone else…who looked differently than me, so not sure if that’s why he received customer service. All in all this is not the first time this has happened to me and has become a pattern. Everyone deserves good customer service no matter what they look like. If that’s an issue for some staff maybe they need to reevaluate providing a service for ALL customers. I am disappointed I had to write this review.

Every time I go here it’s new workers. Today I just waited 15 minutes for my bowl which I was looking at the entire time sitting there as the one girl was taking orders and the other was only filling all the bases.
Ended up getting refund, it’s not that hard to find a process of completing orders and having them waiting and half melted after 15 minutes of being in the process of being made
