The cashier had a lack of of experience i ask for a piece wings with mash no gravy when I got 2 my seat i had a mash with gravy and I also had a drum leg with a 2 thighs I took it back up there and said u gave me the wrong order she told me I couldn't have 3 wings so I said why I come here and I get that all the time and why didn't u say that when I place my order she eventually gave me the 3 wings. Then what she did wrong was took the food back from me and put it back which I thought was disturbing cause once food crossed the counter it should not go back for someone 2 buy. So once I receive my food the power went out in the area everywhere in Middletown and she was so loud about it .

The ambiance inside was less than average.

Had the best sandwich from Popeyes I’ve ever had! 10/20/24 around 11 am. Fantastic service from staff and fantastic food. Keep it up Popeyes Middletown!!!

Food is not fresh I got the chicken sandwich it was so old it was Soggy I went back to get another one and it also soggy

Ordered here many times in drive through and mobile order and they have left out one or more items repeatedly (usually the sandwich) even when they are on the receipt

Nothing is cooked to order. Chicken sandwiches sit around in the bag indefinitely, causing the breading to be soggy and the bun stale

Please, please, train your employees. Especially the drive up window staff!!! I was directed to pull forward to wait on 2 items.....after 15 mins, I went in amd the other staff had no idea what I was waiting for or even that I had been sitting outside, patiently waiting????

The food was delicious, other than service issues, I don't think my family has ever gotten bad food from Popeyes!!

Using their app is an ABSOLUTE must!!! The deals, especially for family size dinners, save you a lot of money. Plus, you earn points for free food!!! Who doesn't like free things.....this trip I was able to get 2 fee pies.

Staff were very polite and apologetic. Training is needed but I would return to this location!!!

While the chicken and sides were good and fresh, the biscuits were a bit hard. I had a big order so I’m not surprised that items were missing. Past experiences (not from just this place) has gotten me into the habit of checking my food and receipt to make sure everything is correct so I did catch the missing fries and soda. Customer service was okay so no complaints there and the guy manager was very helpful.

The experience at Popeyes could be significantly improved if the staff were more motivated and enthusiastic rather than displaying negative attitudes. The overall atmosphere felt quite miserable, and the cleanliness was lacking. I ordered a 12-piece ghost pepper wings meal but only received 9 pieces. While some might let this slide, I believe that if I'm paying for 12, I should get 12. When I tried to address this by going inside, I found that the dining area was closed early, preventing us from resolving the issue. This was very disappointing. This particular location stands out as one of the worst in terms of food quality. We've always enjoyed Popeyes chicken, but the quality at this location is notably poor.
