New wings are a great addition. Staff and management are very friendly. Store is clean and bright. Food freash and hot and the manager jigar is very nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend to my friends and family

My experience at this popeye's was as follows. Dining room closed at eight 45 on a Thursday night was told. The reason for this, only two employees do better popeyes, are you kidding

They never honor any of the specials that are advertised on TV and their website and the manager had an attitude like I was saying something wrong when I questioned her. #Popeyes#

This only Popeyes I've been too where they mess up an order every single time, pay extra for white meat and they give you two breasts and the rest wings, and they wouldn't know spicy if it bit them. Gave them three shots, we're done.

The most unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest and incompetent staff! I almost called the police on them. The woman looks to be of South Asian descent yelled at multiple customers at once. Two completely different customers walked out of the store and said they will not patronize again because of that woman's behavior. She is constantly getting orders incorrect, never apologizes and has an attitude. I have no doubt in the next decade they will be out of business.

I never ate at Popeyes before, but I've always wanted to, especially since they used to have fist fights over chicken sandwiches. That must mean good eatin'. They both ordered two-piece thighs, and I must say the chicken was quite good for a greasy fried chicken. The side dishes on the other hand were not good. The price was also super high for two pieces of chicken. It was over $13. I don't think I need to come back ever.

When i got to the drive thru after putting in my mobile order, the service was very poor because despite have already placed it 10 minutes prior, the employee answering had yelled at me for trying to pick up the order without waiting the appointed time. I had placed my order 10ish before I even got there.

Poor service. Rude staff. Fries thrown in bag. Make me pay .25 for sauce when I didn’t receive any not even a pack of ketchup. Poor management.

While traveling from Maryland to New York for business, we chose to stop at this location for dinner around 8:00 PM. Based on the signage posted, we expected the lobby to be open until 9:00 PM. However, upon arrival, we found the lobby doors locked.

I approached a staff member to inquire, and she explained that the lobby had closed early due to being short-staffed. While we completely understand the challenges of staffing, we were still disappointed as we had specifically chosen to dine inside due to needing to place two separate orders for our business travel.

When we proceeded to the drive-thru, we explained the situation and requested to place two separate orders. Unfortunately, the team member declined our request and insisted we circle back through the line for the second order. Despite our polite explanation, and even after pointing out the early lobby closure, we were told this was not possible.

Ultimately, we left without ordering any food, which was disheartening after a long day on the road. We were simply hoping for a bit of flexibility given the circumstances, especially since the early closure limited our options.

I hope that this location might consider situations like this in future training or policy discussions. We’ve had many positive experiences at Popeyes, and we would love to continue being customers on our future travels.

Wish there was a zero rating! Run don’t walk away from this fast food restaurant! Chicken is literally always poor quality. Staff is horrible. Last visit the chicken was cold and hard and the bones of the chicken were black. Biscuits were hard as bricks. When I complained I never received one apology and refused to give a refund. Literally no accountability at all! . Worst Popeyes ever!
