Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We came here to celebrate my niece graduating from high school. We had 7 people in our party including two young kids. Chris was an AMAZING server! He was patient, attentive, and very friendly with all of us. His customer service is top notch. The food was yummy and everyone was really happy. For sure recommend this place!

Sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting for a server to come to us. About 10 workers walking around & standing up front. Got no service & had to get up and go somewhere else.

Arrived as they opened for the day so place was very clean and quiet. Servicer was very attentive, food was tasty and prices were competitive

They have some of the best pretzels and burgers money can buy. They also have the best Booths. They r so cozy and they make the experience so much better. If you don’t sit in a booth and you sit at a table, it makes others look down on you and shows that u r low class and super submissive and will sit anywhere. Don’t do that because me and my slay queen self and my boyfriend will bully u out of the table and into a booth. BOOTH GANG FOR LIFE! Don’t forget to get a balloon on the way out it adds a special touch! Definitely coming back here with the booth gang again !

Food is good, but service is terrible and if you sit against the “YUMMM” wall you will freeze! 🥶

The restaurant is empty and it took 45 minutes for my food, and then they made the wrong burger. I only came because I had a gift card and the Dover one shutdown. Get it together Red Robin

Nice place

Another bad episode at this Red Robin. The hostess was anything but welcoming when I walked in to pick up my order. Initially they couldn't find my order. They were able to find it fairly quickly. I get home and the order is wrong. The plain burger had everything on it, the drink was missing, and the quality of the food was substandard. You can tell these premade burgers were frozen and they tried to cover it up with salt. I know times are tough for everyone but I will not be trying this location again. I suggest you go somewhere else.

Food was good. Service was great. Unfortunately the floor was very sticky everywhere and i'm not sure why.

My girlfriend and I walked in and stood for 10 mins not one person came to seat us. There were only 2 families seated in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy. I left and had to call them and let them know how disappointed I was. For this I give them 1 star.

food is good don’t get me wrong, but service is soo slow for the food we get. even when it’s not busy, it’s still really slow for some reason and i’m over here waiting for my food for like almost an hour

Worst restaurant in Middletown it’s toxic and they raise up prices and the Manager is rude and the people who work they are very disrespectful and they are going out of business if they change their attitude

It was an alright experience, but we waited forever for our waitress and our food when there was practically no one dining in. additionally, our waitress put in our orders wrong and then charged us extra for something we did not even receive. it was quite frustrating, but the burgers were good.
