The restaurant is empty and it took 45 minutes for my food, and then they made the wrong burger. I only came because I had a gift card and the Dover one shutdown. Get it together Red Robin
The initial table service was super slow. The appetizer and drinks were good, but then it took forever to get the check. The bartender was hot, but i would not go back based on this visit.

If you are gonna be over 25 minutes late with a call in order do not send a ready time. If you arent staffed properly.

No one to greet you or take you name ….waited at the host booth while customers were seated complaining how bad the service was and not hold your breath for a host.
If you can’t serve customers then close or post it ..

I ordered the fish and chips to go. Got home and it was a whole TON OF SALT all over the fries and fish. I had no idea they were shaking salt on the food now. It was horrible. I tried to wipe some of it off with a paper towel, but that only helped so much. This was my lunch and dinner. Wowww. $20 down the drain and so much for figuring out dinner! Spoke with the burgers and brews corporate office and was told the Middletown store was independently owned, but they reached out to them regarding my experience and they would be calling me in a couple of days. It's been a week now and I haven't heard from them. I didn't want another dinner from them. Just the common decency of an apology. I will never buy anything from them again.

Those with allergies, beware. My girlfriend and I ate here and ordered two burgers around 2 pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was at less than 50% capacity. She specified a tomato allergy that she has and I, in turn, ordered my burger without a tomato as well just to save confusion and future problems. If consumed her throat starts closing and she can go into anaphylactic shock. Upon receiving her food, there was a slice of tomato underneath her fries. Clearly that’s either intentional or just unbelievably inept on the staffs end. When the server was made aware, she had the manager remove the item from the check but they (the manager) never came out to apologize or issue an explanation. If you feel comfortable taking a chance with your life or loved ones with food allergies, by all means eat here. Otherwise I would not recommend it.

Will NEVER go to this Red Robin again. To start we waited to be seated with no other customers waiting a good 10 to 15 minutes with 3 employees at the hostess area. After being seated, it was a good 10 minutes to get a drink. 2 other tables were seated and got their for within 10 minutes. Now we have been here for over 30 minutes and i had to ask them to bring our appetizers. After being there for close to an hour and NEVER getting our food.. we decided to settle up and leave without eating. This place is the worse!!! Again 2 tables showed up 20 minutes after we got there and they were served and began eating before we even got our appetizers. Oh yeah it took a manager to get a refill after being there for over 45 minutes This is unacceptable. 1st time LAST TIME!!!!

we had visited this establishment because playing golf got us a coupon for a free appetizer .. well, the appetizer we received was cold and stale, as if sitting under a warmer all day. we wanted to tell the waitress, but she was no where to be found. we had to ask 3 times for refills on drinks only to receive incorrect drinks. this will be a first and a last time visiting this restaurant for us :(
