Went for dinner and got seated, but no service. Walked out and went elsewhere.

No wonder the place was empty!!! This place will not be open for very long if things don’t change!! We had dinner tonight at around 730pm there was three of us we all ordered a cheeseburger and fries nothing crazy. The wait was about 30 minutes and remember the place had about 4 other people there. When it came out the fries were cold!! The burgers were barely warm and the queso sauce we ordered was so cold it was like paste!!!!!! I ordered a Margarita on the rocks with salt. When it came out it didn’t have salt and it was in the smallest glass imaginable!!! And it was mostly ice!!! Our server never checked on us and when she finally came back to the table to clear the plates I told her that everything was cold and I had only eaten half of my burger and a couple fries her response was to laugh!!! She literally laughed !!! A manager was no where to be seen! Needless to say we won’t be back!!!
And the grass and weeds were so high outside it looks like a mess!

This is a great place two weeks ago all new staff and they hostess had a chip on shoulder but she new so we said she will learn. Not good for front of house but it's a burger place so what do you want.

We came here to celebrate my niece graduating from high school. We had 7 people in our party including two young kids. Chris was an AMAZING server! He was patient, attentive, and very friendly with all of us. His customer service is top notch. The food was yummy and everyone was really happy. For sure recommend this place!

Sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting for a server to come to us. About 10 workers walking around & standing up front. Got no service & had to get up and go somewhere else.

Arrived as they opened for the day so place was very clean and quiet. Servicer was very attentive, food was tasty and prices were competitive

They have some of the best pretzels and burgers money can buy. They also have the best Booths. They r so cozy and they make the experience so much better. If you don’t sit in a booth and you sit at a table, it makes others look down on you and shows that u r low class and super submissive and will sit anywhere. Don’t do that because me and my slay queen self and my boyfriend will bully u out of the table and into a booth. BOOTH GANG FOR LIFE! Don’t forget to get a balloon on the way out it adds a special touch! Definitely coming back here with the booth gang again !

Food is good, but service is terrible and if you sit against the “YUMMM” wall you will freeze! 🥶
