Same basic flavors with the seasonal flavor every week. Lines are always long and move slow. Lines are hazard they are so long you are standing in the parking lot. Employees always talk to each other causing them to ask you to repeat order. Less talk more work would help reduce lines. More flavors instead of basic lemon, mango cherry Swedish fish , vanilla, cotton candy
I ordered a concrete cookie blast today and the cups are already small and my order was about a little more than half full which is a lot different than the picture . For $6.29 it should be full like the photo on the wall.The people working there are very nice, I just felt short changed.
Today was by far my best experience at this Rita's. I got treated like a valued customer, and I actually got what I wanted today. Praise to the young the lady that served me this Sunday 09/24/2023 At 3:30pm
