I am extremely disappointed with my recent order, and as a loyal customer who orders from the Bear establishment often, I expected much better. I ordered my usual seafood pasta dish, only to find shards of a broken plastic lid embedded throughout my food. It was impossible to enjoy the meal without encountering pieces of plastic in nearly every bite.
When I called to report the issue, I was told I would receive a credit, which seemed reasonable at first. However, about 30 minutes later, I received a call questioning the validity of the situation, which was both insulting and unprofessional. This shows a complete lack of trust and accountability from your management team.
It’s common sense that placing a plastic lid on a steaming hot aluminum container—especially when the aluminum has been folded to seal the perimeter—will cause the plastic to melt, warp, and eventually crack. This is basic food packaging knowledge, and the fact that this wasn’t considered is alarming.
The mishandling of the situation, coupled with the poor management response, is unacceptable. For a restaurant I’ve supported regularly, this experience has left me questioning your commitment to quality and customer care. I sincerely hope changes are made to ensure this never happens again, or you risk losing more loyal customers like myself.

This is by far the best pizza we've had in the area. We order the thin crust and the New York style and they're both very tasty and the dough itself is great.

A while ago we ordered 3 meals for delivery. The delivery took a little longer than expected...but on Friday nights that's understandable. Two of the meals were edible but not great. Mine was not edible. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger dinner....with a rare to medium burger. The burger was maybe a quarter of an inch thick and cold. The bacon was also cold and rubbery...you could not bite it. We called Roma and they offered a credit towards our next order. Ok...we accepted that. Last weekend we called to place an order, expecting to use our credit. We were told our credit had been deleted because it had been 60 days since it was issued. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told I couldn't because he spoke only spanish. Never ever again!! Their menu is now definitely off our list. Absolutely terrible to deal with!!!

We have ordered from Roma several times and never had problems.Today we ordered a jumbo shrimp platter with fries breaded mushrooms and a ham and cheese sub with extra meat. With tip this order cost 54 dollars. The sub was so skimpy and I'm not quite sure what they call ham but it was disgusting. More like ham bologna. For 13.98 I got 5 small butterfly shrimp and a handful of fries. I don't know what's going on with Roma but I'm not ordering from there again.

I recently had a disappointing experience this local restaurant. The customer service was abysmal; they demanded I return a Stromboli due to a mistake on their end. The lack of understanding and professionalism left a sour taste, making it an overall unpleasant encounter.No longer will I be patronizing this business and I encourage everyone else reading this not to waste their time with this restaurant. To many mistakes not enough accountability. This establishment should learn how to value long time customers.The Stromboli was burnt and did not have sauce.

I ordered a steak pizza with green peppers and onions. It came but without red sauce. I called the store and told them how it came and I did not say I wanted no sauce. I asked how could we fix this issue Andrea said it couldn’t be fixed this was a $50 order don’t think I’ll be ordering from them any longer. I’ll start going to the steak place near Acme
