I have been buying pizza from Roma for years! I loved it! It was close to NY/NJ pizza which I missed very much. But I don’t know if they have new owners or the owners are on vacation but today (July 2025) the pizza was horrible! From the taste of the cheese and sauce to the taste of the pizza dough!!! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied!!!

If zero stars was available definitely would have been my first choice. Lack of communication on the establishment behave, and they aren’t even willing to exchange your food is beyond me. My household has spent thousands with this establishment and this is what the customer gets in return! Prepubescents taking your order is crazy! I wouldn’t recommend them to my dog….they lost a valuable customer today!!!

Honestly, I have never eaten in the building. Seems kind of small, but the food is amazing. The only problem I have is that the business does not reward you with coupons when you show loyalty so I’m always looking for new places if they give a discount especially military discount

This place is ok it’s definitely not my first choice. I got pizza here and so did my mom we both got stomach pains from all the grease in the pizza . It’s literally soaked in grease I feel like. The ceiling is brown almost turning black and falling down in spots from all the grease from the oven exhaust not working properly. The place has a stank odor to it and the chairs and tables r sticky and gross. Definitely will not be returning and I advise others to stay away from this grease laden place .

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order, and as a loyal customer who orders from the Bear establishment often, I expected much better. I ordered my usual seafood pasta dish, only to find shards of a broken plastic lid embedded throughout my food. It was impossible to enjoy the meal without encountering pieces of plastic in nearly every bite.
When I called to report the issue, I was told I would receive a credit, which seemed reasonable at first. However, about 30 minutes later, I received a call questioning the validity of the situation, which was both insulting and unprofessional. This shows a complete lack of trust and accountability from your management team.
It’s common sense that placing a plastic lid on a steaming hot aluminum container—especially when the aluminum has been folded to seal the perimeter—will cause the plastic to melt, warp, and eventually crack. This is basic food packaging knowledge, and the fact that this wasn’t considered is alarming.
The mishandling of the situation, coupled with the poor management response, is unacceptable. For a restaurant I’ve supported regularly, this experience has left me questioning your commitment to quality and customer care. I sincerely hope changes are made to ensure this never happens again, or you risk losing more loyal customers like myself.

We order romas weekly since moving to middletown 4 years ago. We have tried every place multiple times. We are a pizza family. No other local establishment matches the taste. Its the best tasting pie in MOT. the appearance sometimes leaves a lot to be desired and ab half the time i get it the cheese is all moved to one side lol, but the taste is still there.
If like thin crust pizza, this is the place to go and it taste great! Great Service!

A while ago we ordered 3 meals for delivery. The delivery took a little longer than expected...but on Friday nights that's understandable. Two of the meals were edible but not great. Mine was not edible. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger dinner....with a rare to medium burger. The burger was maybe a quarter of an inch thick and cold. The bacon was also cold and rubbery...you could not bite it. We called Roma and they offered a credit towards our next order. Ok...we accepted that. Last weekend we called to place an order, expecting to use our credit. We were told our credit had been deleted because it had been 60 days since it was issued. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told I couldn't because he spoke only spanish. Never ever again!! Their menu is now definitely off our list. Absolutely terrible to deal with!!!
