We have ordered from Roma several times and never had problems.Today we ordered a jumbo shrimp platter with fries breaded mushrooms and a ham and cheese sub with extra meat. With tip this order cost 54 dollars. The sub was so skimpy and I'm not quite sure what they call ham but it was disgusting. More like ham bologna. For 13.98 I got 5 small butterfly shrimp and a handful of fries. I don't know what's going on with Roma but I'm not ordering from there again.

I recently had a disappointing experience this local restaurant. The customer service was abysmal; they demanded I return a Stromboli due to a mistake on their end. The lack of understanding and professionalism left a sour taste, making it an overall unpleasant encounter.No longer will I be patronizing this business and I encourage everyone else reading this not to waste their time with this restaurant. To many mistakes not enough accountability. This establishment should learn how to value long time customers.The Stromboli was burnt and did not have sauce.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant .I am an avid customer who had a complaint about the Stromboli I ordered. The total amount of my order was $56.00. I would have expected an exceptional quality of food if I only spent 5 dollars.The customer service was abysmal; in the end they demanded I return the stromboli due to a mistake on their end. The lack of understanding and professionalism left a sour taste, making it an overall unpleasant encounter. The 17 dollar Stromboli was dry and burnt. sauceless.

Bbq chicken pizza is amazing! Definitely one of the best I've had.Update - 12-29-23 ...delivery drivers must be slow I keep asking for no contact delivery yet they knock on my door ?

I ordered a steak pizza with green peppers and onions. It came but without red sauce. I called the store and told them how it came and I did not say I wanted no sauce. I asked how could we fix this issue Andrea said it couldn’t be fixed this was a $50 order don’t think I’ll be ordering from them any longer. I’ll start going to the steak place near Acme

So I ordered a crabcake sandwich with extra tartar sauce. First off, the menu says $8.99, yet my receipt says $11.24! So, $2.35 for extra sauce?! Really?! Then I take a few bites and realize this "thing" calls for a fork and knife. How do you eat something like this? Better yet, how do you serve this to a customer?!?! You advertise your $8.99 crabcake sandwich outside your restaurant and then serve a customer something this!! Okay, Roma, you got me this time. Roma 1 Alisha 0 but...lesson learned! Never, and I mean never will I order this again! It's completely unacceptable. Sorry Roma, you're getting 1 star.
I asked for pizza slices and the guy picked up every slice with his fingers no glove or utensil. Front counter girl is also very rude.

When I ordered my food I received it and it was not edible. I asked for half hawaiana and half bbq with chicken and the lady that did It absolutely drowned my pizza in bbq. When ordering over the phone she was rushing the whole conversation and I couldn’t ask a few questions that I had without getting hung up on. Definitely disappointed in today’s experience.

This was my first time visiting Roma Pizza in Middletown. I was in the mood for garlic knots. When I arrived, I called in my takeaway order, they were made fresh, in 10 minutes they were ready. They melt in your mouth, it comes with a side of marinara dipping sauce, the texture and flavor was amazing! I added this to my lunch of Garlic crabs.
