⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had one of the best experiences ever at Saladworks! I ordered a chicken wrap, and honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had in my life, fresh, flavorful, and made just right. The customer service was A1, friendly, professional, and fast. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Definitely my new go-to spot!

Unfortunately, I visited this establishment today. The associate was friendly however the food was less than optimal. The lettuce appeared brown and the portion sizes were minuscule. The Christiana Mall has the most consistent quality at their SW. Middletown SW was very disappointing.

Why offer something if you aren’t going to do it right ? $7 for a toast with Brie cheese , strawberries and balsamic glaze Good on the glaze and berries , not so good on the Brie . Barely any on the toast . Ordered the apple one a few days before and the same thing . Don’t have it in the menu if you aren’t going to make it good !! I’ll stick to Dunkin for avacado toast and salad works for salad . They also didn’t have cold foam for the cold foam and cold brew coffee

I placed an online order 30 mins prior to arriving, the whole idea was that I wouldn’t need to wait and could pick up and go.
I got there; and order still wasn’t ready. Manager says “You don’t wanna wait?”
Low IQ response. No, I placed my order online. The whole point is to not wait.
The intelligence here is incompetent and would not waste my money or time coming here.

I ordered a basic salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, olives, cheese, chopped egg, and ranch dressing. Idk how a salad can be not good but it was not good at all. It was like...idk bland and it just off putting. My Husband ordered one of the signature salads and he said it was gross as well.
The staff was nice but the food unfortunately was not. New to the area and definitely won't be back to this saladworks.
Put way way way too much dressing on. I even said something while they were making it that it was too much dressing.

Service for pickup was kind and the place looked fairly clean. I got a Buffalo salad that was made well and tasted good. My broccoli cheddar soup was pretty gross and tasted/looked like canned soup(thick with the motion of jelly). There was also some brown stuff in my soup, not sure if they use bacon in the soup, but highly do not recommend the soup
