I needed a faster lunch in Middletown due to a break between doctor appointments. This place was a pleasant surprise! Friendly and food knowledgeable staff providing exceptional fresh and healthy food in a timely fashion, in a nice, clean environment. I would definitely return.

I'm a little jealous... Visited this location while traveling, and they had more foods than my home location! Fruit/acai bowls! I didn't try one so no review on that, but I have to say this location is better than most because of extended selection. Service was great and store was clean - both up to the chain's standard.

Spent $50 on salads with NO DRESSING. Seriously listen to the other reviewers. This place is a joke. They always forget ingredients. Today was final straw. We went to get our takeout order and get home to find out that the extra rolls we paid for are missing and then on top of that NO DRESSINGS. We call and the manager Heather says she will credit us $5. The rolls and dressings cost that much already. What good is a salad without dressing? Unreal. Will never give this business another dime.

Don't waste your time or money here. Ingredients are never fresh, orders are always missing something. Nobody knows what's going on. I gave this place 3 tries over the past couple of years and I think it's gotten worst. 100% below the Saladworks standards. I don't know if this is a corporate or independently owned franchise but someone has to step in. I'll never go to this location again. Gross.

The food here is good and they finally fixed their packaging to be better. The frutella bowl is my favorite. I hope they bring back smoked gouda.

Purchased Acai bowl they gave me freezer burned açaí base still frozen like store brought water ice and very little toppings. Toppings were not fresh to just have opened 5 minutes prior. Appear to be 10 days old! Gross

They make salads here - it’s what they do, and now they are trying to do something else that I think takes away from their core competency. They are making “healthy” bowls with sweets and treats.We visited here and stopped for dinner. I’m only mildly impressed. The lettuce was fresh and the toppings were good- but it had a Subway Sandwich feel A they pushed me thru the line with a type of “hurry up pressure” that I didn’t want.I was interested in one of the warm grain choices. Neither of the three people behind the counter knew anything about warm grain choices or options, or what they could make with that choice - so I settled for lettuce. Oh well. Maybe this explains the empty store at 5pm on a Saturday.
