Country rap music playing, not good for Ramen setting. Was not very cool inside. I got take-out, spicy ramen chicken, and feel the serving portion has gotten smaller, not good for $16.00. Must say flavors were not up to par either, but nice and spicy. I might think twice next time because of portion vs price vs flavor. Or maybe I'll just try something different.

Delicious every time we come! Highly recommend, their portions are good, we’ve tried a handful of things on the menu and liked them all. Love this place, staff is really nice as well

Ordered pickup. I got the chicken katsu curry, miso ramen, brown sugar tea, and it came with a salad. There’s only three things I liked the tea, curry, and the “salad”. My rice was hard and not like sitting for a bit hard but under cooked hard. My miso ramen appeared orange and when I tried it was spicy. Didn’t ask for spicy. The chicken for the curry was just kinda there with taste.
I will say the atmosphere was great the style of restaurant was very decorated and unique. The staff seemed friendly. Don’t think I’ll try it again but if I do I’ll sit in and try it “fresh fresh”.

I've eaten here several times since I learned it existed. The ramen is so good, and it's not a far drive! The staff is also always very nice. It's the best.

I wish they didn’t close on Tuesday. It feels like a very random and out of place day to close… it feels like I always want ramen on Tuesday. Otherwise amazing food and basically the only ramen spot in Delaware 😮💨

The ambience was great, prompt service, we ordered the ramen all of them were delicious..the tan tan, spicy ramen, chicken ramen for kids..a good portions and slurppy..!!

Fast service and huge portions. Delicious chicken katsu curry! I’ll have to try the tonkatsu and boba next time. :)
Been here two times now and we love it! Such a cute little place, prices arent awful considering the prices at similar establishments, and they've got different stuff but also typical stuff like tempura. I am a huge fan of the Yuzu chicken, and I won't forget what it's called now. The first time I had it, it was on a lunch special and it was amazing. I came back recently, quite a while after my first visit almost a year ago now, and couldn't remember the name of the dish, just knew it was chicken with a sweet tangy sauce. Our waiter was so nice and helped me figure out which one it was! Thank you so much. I loved every bite. ? And my daughter took my leftovers on me! Sneaky girl. I love that they have very authentic dishes, but I wish they would add some more Americanized, or I should say "kid friendly" ramen dishes that are more synonymous. They have ramen dishes with all this different stuff like fish cake that my kid just won't eat. No matter how good it looks. Unfortunately she didn't really care for either ramen dish she tried both times. But she did love my chicken. Maybe a more plain chicken or beef ramen with meat, noodles, and some other stuff like wonton sticks that isn't too much of an acquired taste.
But other than wanting more ramen dishes, we love this place and will keep coming back.
Shaka has best ramen in the Eastern Shore/Delaware area that I have tried. Will continue to go back. I have tried 2 different ramen bowls and a smoked eel bowl. Very fresh.
Service is very respectful and helpful. I have been 3 times at this point and food has been extremely consistent.
