Singas Famous Pizza Middletown

I ordered a chicken pizza, but they gave me a paneer pizza instead. I noticed it only after reaching home. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but the person on the phone was very rude. They asked me to send a picture of the wrong pizza and kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes. When I went back to pick up the correct order, the staff behaved extremely rudely. I even told them that my kids had already touched the wrong pizza, but they said, “Give those pizza slices back, then I’ll make your pizza,” and still didn’t apologize. They showed no concern and told me, “If you want to complain, do it anywhere you want — I don’t care what the customer says.” This was a very disappointing experience. Usually, I don’t leave bad reviews, but their service and attitude were terrible. Please make sure to check the orders properly before giving them to customers.

Last night, after some errands, someone (my hard working man) had a craving for a cheesesteak. I was on a mission! We tried something new and It is absolutely worth the share! Singas Pizza Middletown is friendly, fast, and wow the food was delicious. Kicking myself for not getting the samosas but I will be back soon to try the rest if the menu and their famous pizza. Oh, And if you are a French fry connoisseur like myself… they are so crispy!!! Just the way they should be 👏

When I picked up my pizza the guy at the counter didn’t say a word, just looked at me, handed me my pizza, and went back to playing on his phone. I got home and the pizza was burnt and tasted terrible. I called and the guy said he would credit my account back but never did. I called a week later and the owner said he couldn’t do anything about because it was an online order. I never received an apology from either of the people I talked to. Doesn’t seem like they care they put out a burnt pizza.

Great service, all the staff was friendly. Food was prepared in a timely manner and very good. Price was great for what I ordered. Would strongly recommend to family and friends and will be back often for more. Chicken khima pizza was my favorite u will love it i promise.

All the food is obviously frozen. Nothing is fresh. This place charges a premium price and did NOT come close to meeting any expectations. This was our first and last time ordering anything from this place. Go to Luna's instead!!!

I'm not sure that the abomination that I received from this place even qualifies as a Pizza. It was half burnt, clearly not freshly made. It was also extremely spicy and dry which made it inedible.

The website doesn't mention what is in a Pizza or have images of the food either, other than the main ingredient in its name, so it's not possible to know what you'll get in advance.

Delivery was late in my original order but the owner of the store called and apologized. Food was good overall, great pizza and sandwiches. It’s wonderful to see they are willing to take feedback and better their service.

We ordered Paneer tikka pizza and went for pickup at the store. We went in to check if they have cheese dip (the way Indian Dominis have it )but they didn’t. instead the staff gave us complimentary corn bites plate with Ranch. Both Pizza and corn bites were delicious. I am writing this feedback just after finishing everything ?

The pizza flavors are very good. The problem is what you get for the price and how it came. The 10in pizzas were so small and thin that they were delivered on plates, not in a box. Delivery took well over an hour, so the pizza was barely room temp, and we couldn't believe how little we got for $75. There are no descriptions or pictures on the website, so you have no way of knowing what they look like. It's disappointing because the pizza is actually really good.
