Singas Famous Pizza Middletown

This was my first time to order pizza from Singas. I gave up trying to place on online order because I wanted half sausage and half peperoni. I couldn't figure it out, so I went to the restaurant, and the manager helped me download the app and place the order. I was very pleased with the pizza. I love pizza with a good rich sauce and Singas gave me what I wanted. I will order from them again because the pizza is delicious and competitively priced.

Singa's should seriously consider their hygiene levels and probably add BURNT pizza to their menu...

Everything went south from the point of placing order to pick. Gentlemen who took my order clearly said third pizza (cheese) is free with 2 pizza's order when reached the store to pick my order, he said i did not order initially, then he realized he made only 2 pizza instead of 3 (mixed 2 separate topping's order in to a single pizza and charged me for extra toppings too!). After realizing he noticed cheese pizza was totally burnt and trashed it right away and started preparing pizza's again. He decided the other pizza is good to deliver (though it burnt attaching the pic to show burnt paneer and crust). While the other 2 pizza are in the oven he decided to clear out trash dump everything out, and clean some of the tables and with out washing hand was getting ready to pack the pizza's from the oven. On asking him to wash his hands before handling pizza's he was reluctant to do so and eventually on insisting he washed his hands and packed pizza's for delivery.

This pizza is unbelievable.

We got the chicken Tikka pizza and chicken keema. Spice levels were appropriate to deliver the flavors, but accessible for those who are timid on spice level.

The crust was soft yet crunchy, flavorful, great balance of flavors. Good crust is fundamental for a good pizza, and this place has it figured out.

💯% could be from an expensive darkly lit fancy pants restaurant that only sells wines you've never heard of.

10/10 will eat again - this food was made and eaten with love.

I ordered a chicken pizza, but they gave me a paneer pizza instead. I noticed it only after reaching home. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but the person on the phone was very rude. They asked me to send a picture of the wrong pizza and kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes. When I went back to pick up the correct order, the staff behaved extremely rudely. I even told them that my kids had already touched the wrong pizza, but they said, “Give those pizza slices back, then I’ll make your pizza,” and still didn’t apologize. They showed no concern and told me, “If you want to complain, do it anywhere you want — I don’t care what the customer says.” This was a very disappointing experience. Usually, I don’t leave bad reviews, but their service and attitude were terrible. Please make sure to check the orders properly before giving them to customers.

Last night, after some errands, someone (my hard working man) had a craving for a cheesesteak. I was on a mission! We tried something new and It is absolutely worth the share! Singas Pizza Middletown is friendly, fast, and wow the food was delicious. Kicking myself for not getting the samosas but I will be back soon to try the rest if the menu and their famous pizza. Oh, And if you are a French fry connoisseur like myself… they are so crispy!!! Just the way they should be 👏

When I picked up my pizza the guy at the counter didn’t say a word, just looked at me, handed me my pizza, and went back to playing on his phone. I got home and the pizza was burnt and tasted terrible. I called and the guy said he would credit my account back but never did. I called a week later and the owner said he couldn’t do anything about because it was an online order. I never received an apology from either of the people I talked to. Doesn’t seem like they care they put out a burnt pizza.

Great service, all the staff was friendly. Food was prepared in a timely manner and very good. Price was great for what I ordered. Would strongly recommend to family and friends and will be back often for more. Chicken khima pizza was my favorite u will love it i promise.

It was ok, food does not taste the same as the original singas location in Edison NJ
