I’m new in town and was excited to find a Starbucks with extra room in the back for studying or working on my laptop. The space looked perfect for settling in with a coffee and getting some work done. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the music volume. It felt like the speakers were turned up to nightclub levels, making it impossible to focus. Even with earphones, I couldn’t enjoy my own music or concentrate on my tasks. While I appreciate a good ambiance, this was just too much for a coffee house. A lower volume would make it a more comfortable environment for those of us looking to work or study.

Incorrectly made my coffee three times. Nothing extravagant, just an Americano.

We ordered Tall pikes and got a cup of shot water mixed with may be a coffee, we have shown it to the barista and she poured it into the drain and even she got surprised by the consistency and told she will get them again. The staff doesn’t seem to pay any attention to the customer, I asked her to scan my points first and then take the rest from my card, she took everything from my card.

Sadly the taste of the same drink purchased recently varies greatly. Seems to depend on who makes it and not standard measurements for ingredients.

Bathrooms need deep cleaning. If they are this dirty, one has to wonder if they keep food areas clean.

Slow rude wanna be woke employees
I've never been to a more disrespectful. Starbucks, The gentleman yells at me about my service dog. I'm from New Jersey. Just visiting they were so rude about my service dog. I cannot believe it. I demand for managers to respond. This is ridiculous. I have stock in this company. I even trust in our new CEO that came from Chipotle. This is outrageous. I will never come to this Starbucks again. This is a complete disrespect to the company. I am a veteran and you're giving me issues about my dog. And it's a service dog. What a joke I'll rather drink dunkin donuts than this and what makes it even worse? I've been coming there for an entire week. No issues. No worries. I was sitting down with my dog all week with no issues make that make sense definitely a bad location. I'm very big on reviews and I had to put this review the worst service ever

How long do you wait for a cup of dark coffee? Too long. Lots of staff filling orders. I can't even prepare my own cup. Then I was not given enough cream or sugar. Not a good experience

This was probably the best one I have been to. The service was quick, the place looked nice, and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and pretty helpful. Everything we ordered was spot on. They have a parking lot, which is a big plus.
