Aaked iced matcha latte, gave hot one and then when I told them nicely that i dont like hot one, the barista started yelling at another barista for making it wrong. When the right order came out they let it sit for 10 mins and i went to check and found my drink. Honestly this middletown location sucks, the one at main street is much better.

The other day I had this sweet heart worker with the tan hat and all those little pins bring my drink out and helped me try this new brown sugar shaken espresso with chai and the brown sugar cold foam and now its my new favorite and honestly it just made my whole day so much better! the workers at this location are always so sweet and I would recommend this starbucks I come all the time when I do my holiday shopping, it does get really busy and the wait time can get long but I don't hold it against them!

I usually like to stick to the same couple drinks but they are always made just right at this location. Employees are very nice. Only one time I strayed from my usuals to order the brown sugar frappe just to try and it seems like it was a little more milky than the ad photos so I’m not sure if it that was normal but I did not really care for it.

they always make my drinks perfectly and everyone there is so incredibly sweet and patient. additionally, they gave me free oatmeal today, and i love oatmeal, so i was very happy. every time im there i feel welcomed even during the morning rush.

I came in today for my usual caramel macchiato with four honey blends later in the day, and I felt so welcomed and included. I was greeted by a gentleman at the handoff who called me “boss,” and that made me feel empowered. I was having a tough day because my dog had passed away the day before.

I noticed a barista, I think her name was Maranda, who asked me how my day was. I opened up to her about how I was feeling regarding my dog's loss. She was really receptive to my feelings while also preparing drinks. The eye contact we shared felt therapeutic, and I truly enjoyed our conversation. Coming to this location made me feel better about my dog?

Not the least bit busy, but so damn slow… Ordered my iced coffee and sandwich ahead of time and it still took 14 minutes from time of order until it was ready. One thing if they were running around busy, but they were just standing around…

Although this comment does not apply to everyone in this location, I would have to say that there is certainly a lack of customer service.
Today I picked up the usual pink drink, and it was complete water.
When I told the lady in the window, she said when you don’t put ice, it looks that way, which is not true.
So I returned inside the store to have them fix it.
The lady who took the order it seemed like she was a manager ? but she had a very bad attitude!
I was polite and asked for more coconut milk in it but I guess customer service like I said, is not their thing.

I typically go to the Smryna location but stopped by today to get my sister a drink before prom dress shopping, and Joey (I think that’s what his tag said) was AMAZING! So kind, funny, and in a quick interaction had me leaving so happy! 10/10 for him!! Will definitely return if they have amazing team members like him!!

Got the wrong order in the drive thru....drink was correctly labeled. No apology just was told to keep it or throw it out as they speed made the correct drink. An apology would have went a long as the point do the drive through is not to get out of the car.
