This is a bad starbucks we waited for like 20 minutes and the car wont go in front of us and they are extremely slow and stupid do not go here it sucks and we waited they took a long time to get 2 coffees.

ordered a pink drink… had a color i wasn’t used to and tasted like water . so much seeds covering entire bottom. waited in line for 20+ minutes. disappointing and isnt the first time this location has made weird tasting

Staff are always amazing here, friendly, and even greet my dogs when I bring them. However, this am I ordered the Impossible Breakfast sandwich and within ~5 minutes threw it up. It must have been spoiled. I don't think I can order food here ever again.

Great place to take your next business call or have a quick meet and greet.
Everytime I order coffee they never put the ingredients that I list in. They forget the cold foam which is extra money, and they forget the add ins as well. But TODAY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I received my brown sugar espresso that I added oat milk to and the coffee tasted BURNT and not only did it taste burnt, they never added the vanilla sweet cream cold foam which I PAID EXTRA FOR. Will not recommend.

After asking a manger to remake a drink that was sour wrong ingredients Mayb ? Micheal the manger was rude and refused I called corporate to report this they told me yes he should of remade it it there policy.. and his rudeness was very wrong .. This star bucks in Middletown on bunker hill drive has not been the same scince David was there … I’ve never asked Starbucks to remake a drink … he acussed me of wanting a free drink .. why would I want a free drink if I already paid for it .. he said a lot of rude things … disappointed in Starbucks …..even after talking to corporate . They said call him back tell him the Starbucks poilcy I did even go back to star buck the manger Michael… still refused and was so rude …

This location was fine place to stop to do some work, but they seemed to be behind on drink orders the entire time. I had a drink that took about 12 min to make. Granted I am fine with that cause I was staying in shop to work. But if I was on the go it would of been a different story.
