Today, in the drive-thru, I ordered a grand cappuccino with three pumps of caramel. What I received is a grand milk with froth and three pumps of caramel?? Seriously! This is the second time this has happened at this particular location. Joe Pesci was so right about drive-thru's

Place has a roach and fly problem. Starbucks quality all around has gone way down. Support your local coffee shops that treat their employees well. It’s not surprising the company all around is having a tough time . Cannot staff the stores they have yet they are building a 3rd store in Middletown.

i used to come to this starbucks every morning. i will not be back. i’m waiting 20+ mins for a drink i ordered 10 mins in advance. the people in there look like they’re moving in slow motion on purpose, they even stop what they’re doing completely to talk to each other. i couldn’t even get a straw cause there was none stocked. idk if they’ve gotten rid of people or what but it was clearly the wrong people.

Absolutely horrible experience. They at first refused to put my drink in a trenta cup although it's the same drink I get everyday from other starbucks locations, then they hand me the drink 3/4 of the way full. I ask for more oatmilk so I can manually fill the drink up myself. Dan at the window got upset and flustered that I asked for a sweetener packet and handed me a straw. I ask again and he again gets flustered and upset. I get to work, now late because of the ordeal they made me go through to get my drink, and the drink doesn't have the flavor I ordered. I will never be going back to this location after I return to get a refund on my drink. I have NEVER had this bad of service coming to a Starbucks. The workers acted like the extra 4 oz of oatmilk was coming directly out of their paycheck. If you don't like your job FIND A NEW ONE.

The baristas here are so sweet, nice, and helpful! They always give me compliments in the drive through and have very positive attitudes! They also always get my drinks right!
