Slow, make too many mistakes, and have attitudes. Yall have work all day, we dont have all day for our orders! But when you request refund they suddenly start caring. 0/10 go to the other side of town!!

Had us wait 8 minutes before taking our order, when they finally came to take our order told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I get being busy but you can tell your customers about the wait beforehand.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. The minute I got in there the barista who had a Kirby tattoo on her arm took my order and looked at me like I had two heads. I asked if they had any snacks and she gave me attitude immediately. She straight up treated me like I was trash and idk if she was just having a bad day or straight up racist. Never again.

Going to the Starbucks today in Middletown don’t do it, for some reason they are really backed up. I was in the drive-through line for almost a half an hour. Once you get in the line you can’t get out. And when I got my order, my food was not heated up as requested either that or it got cold waiting for me to get up to the window. Worst experience I’ve had in a drive-through ever.

Racist staff at drive thru. She didn’t greet me back and gave me an attitude because I’m Asian . When the food came out she quickly toss it to me like she’s feeding a wild animal.

Today, in the drive-thru, I ordered a grand cappuccino with three pumps of caramel. What I received is a grand milk with froth and three pumps of caramel?? Seriously! This is the second time this has happened at this particular location. Joe Pesci was so right about drive-thru's

Place has a roach and fly problem. Starbucks quality all around has gone way down. Support your local coffee shops that treat their employees well. It’s not surprising the company all around is having a tough time . Cannot staff the stores they have yet they are building a 3rd store in Middletown.
