I wanted to leave this review even though I’m a couple days late because the experience truly stayed with me. I visited on December 29th in the evening, which also happened to be my birthday, and the women working that night were absolutely wonderful.

They were so kind, warm, and thoughtful—and they went out of their way to make me feel celebrated. The handwritten birthday message and the beautiful flowers drawn on my cup genuinely touched my heart. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much.

I hope this message makes its way back to the team working that night, because they turned an ordinary coffee run into a really special memory. Thank you for the care, kindness, and joy you shared. 🌸☕️✨

If you plan on using the drive-through don’t bother going unless you have 20-30 mins to burn..you’re better off driving across town to the better managed Starbucks

I just had one of the worst experiences at this Starbucks drive-through. Instead of simply handing me my order, the employee felt the need to lecture me about what time I should be coming through the drive-through, and asking me what time it says on my receipt for my mobile order, That is not their job, nor is it acceptable customer service. As a loyal Starbucks lover, I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. A friendly attitude would have gone a long way, but instead, I left feeling completely disrespected. I will definitely not be returning to this location. And fun fact, I was only one minute ahead of the time they said it would be ready

I decided to go in store to put in my order, waited 20+ minutes and it wasn’t ready. I couldn’t afford to continue wasting time so I asked them to cancel my order. They said they would and then I even followed up with a call they said it would be processing. They never cancel my order nor process my refund. This is a huge disrespect and poor business.

First I like to say, I’m an advocate for Starbucks, I standby this company, however this particular starbucks is “offbeat”, out of touch with reality if I might add. Now I waited to write this review until I had about five or six visits under my belt, and this was done so I can be completely fair and honest.

Moving forward, some staff are nice and some are definitely rude and un attentive. The other day I ordered a small cup of coffee with a shot of espresso and my cup got partially made and was left alone at the coffee maker. I was patient as I watched my coffee lose heat with every minute that went by. Now I took in consideration that the drive through was busy, but once I seen staff playing games behind the counter, I intervene and politely ask are “yall working on my coffee” one guy was nice about it and assisted me however when I ask did you put the shot of espresso in the cup, he had no clue what was going on, mind you all this time the cup was sitting at the coffee maker getting cold. So anyway another assistant did help him, but at this time I really wasn’t interested in the coffee any more, but I took it and it wasn’t what I was use to when I order my coffee at startbucks. Now last week I was at christiana mall and the staff were so on point with making my coffee and so attentive that after I drank my cup, I doubled back around to get a second cup and it was the same “energy and coffee “ so my suggestion is, just tighten up on customer service at the middle town starbucks, have a meeting with the staff, I understand they are young, I get that but “customer service “ is “customer service “ come on now, starbucks is the prime Real Estate of coffee shops, a certain type of caliber of customers deal with this shop and we expect better…..

Something seems to have recently changed at this Starbucks location .
This used to be a great location with friendly staff and quick service .
Now it’s quite the opposite.
Plz undo whatever you guys have changed in the last few weeks to months.
The recent reviews should wake up some managers .

If I could give this Starbucks a 0 would. They're very slow, very rude.I waited thirty minutes for 2 drinks while I saw three different people order after me. And the same lady made their drinks right away all because she knew them. I think it's very unprofessional, this is ridiculous. It happens all the time. People only get so long for breaks or lunches during the week. We should not have to wait.It's that long for a drink

Had us wait 8 minutes before taking our order, when they finally came to take our order told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I get being busy but you can tell your customers about the wait beforehand.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. The minute I got in there the barista who had a Kirby tattoo on her arm took my order and looked at me like I had two heads. I asked if they had any snacks and she gave me attitude immediately. She straight up treated me like I was trash and idk if she was just having a bad day or straight up racist. Never again.
