I will say that the service from Jay, Patrick, and Vanessa is phenomenal. The staff up at the front are very unprofessional. They laugh and make fun of customers. We checked in they said they werent ready for us, as soon as we walked out they sent a text saying they were ready but when we unloaded the family and went back in they laughed and said they made a mistake. They could have walked out the door in the lobby to tell us they made a mistake before we unloaded the family....
Came in for dinner and was disappointed.
Service was very slow with our waitress barely checking in on us. We had to eventually tell someone to grab her so we could get a box and leave.
Food was mid compared to other locations we’ve been to. Got a cup of chili which seemed to only have inedible chewy and fatty pieces in it.

I had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse in Middletown! I ordered a Blue Moon, a full rack of ribs, a house salad, and potato skins — and every part of the meal was fantastic.
The ribs were cooked perfectly: tender, flavorful, and falling right off the bone. The house salad was fresh and crisp, and the potato skins were hot, cheesy, and exactly the kind of comfort food you hope for. Pairing everything with an ice-cold Blue Moon just made the whole experience...
