I visited your store at 8:39pm. Your store closes at 9pm. I was in and out in a less than five minutes with my single cup of frozen yogurt. My yogurt was great but there were two employees that never said a word to me. One was on her phone and the other waiting for me to leave. I never felt so unwanted at a business. There was still 20 minutes until closing and I left well before but I would never return. The customer service now adays is terrible at most places and no one wants to work when they are even at work.

Me and my friend initially came for froyo. Since this was our first time, we didn’t know they had other things. When we did, we decided to get bubble tea instead. So we stood in line to order and the girl at the register (white lady with tan and freckles) doesn’t even greet us and asks what my friend wants. She then proceeds to skip me and ring up the guy behind me. I looked at her and my friend in shock and we both seemed confused. She then asks me what I want after ringing up the guy and never apologized about ignoring me or getting someone behind me first…the whole time she gave me dirty looks and it was just a very unpleasant experience though the bubble tea wasn’t bad but it is not a good environment to be in.

Went in for the first time earlier today. Amazing staff, very friendly and introduced me to everything. The multitude of flavors all tasted really good (especially pineapple) along with the large selection of toppings to choose from! Very enjoyable experience, will definitely come back in the future!

There are several places in Middletown that you can get sweet treats. But this place is unique that it serves frozen yogurt, and you get to free style your stir-ins and toppings. The process is serve yourself. They offer almost a dozen flavors of frozen yogurt. Then you get to choose your stir-ins or toppings, and the variety they offer is huge. Afterwards, you checkout and pay based on the weight of your treat.The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the indoor seating capacity is limited. During busy time, you may have to sit outside. Finally, they do offer complementary pup cup, which is great if you have pets.

I get their milk boba tea once a week, and it is the BEST boba ive had. Even compared to more cultural places who specialize in it, all are good but Twisted has the best! The staff is always super friendly and the yogurt is delicious. 11/10 always recommend.
