5 star Waffle House. I’m a grumpy young man who happened to go there around 6:30 in the morning & boy did they lighten my mood up !!! Lol the smiles and greetings just were just awesome. They are definitely morning people. haha
Food and staff were very nice and food was good. Only gripe is if your waitress is going outside to smoke pot and stink up the front of the restaurant outside tell her to walk across the street and not come back in acting loud and have trouble understanding what your coworkers are telling you and instead listening to your music on your AirPod. She also smelled like pot and she blew out the smoke in the foyer between the 2 doors leaving it smelling like pot.
For good quality fast food, Waffle House is a good bet. I like that the eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast are consistent at all Waffle Houses, unlike IHOP or Perkins, where they can be soggy and inconsistent as in my most recent visits to those family restaurants. I asked the manager at a Waffle House about their consistency and she said the cooks go through a training program. The Waffle House staffs are always polite and attentive.
