My total was $20.80. I gave them a $15 giftcard and $20 in cash. They used my cash first instead of the giftcard so i received no cash back when I had plans to use that money immediately after at another store. When the manager came to the window, i asked for a refund and that I didnt even want the order anymore and she said they were not allowed to do that. She then argued with me when i told her i was a manager myself and that the cashier rung up my transaction incorrectly. i proceeded to ask for corporates number and she told me very rudely to google it myself. I unfortunately did not catch their name but it was a heavy set caucasian lady with a males haircut. 10/10 do not recommend this location absolutely disgusting customer service.

wrong food when we got the right food it along with the french fries were cold haven't been there in awhile but the food still cold even after asking for one cheeseburger sandwich with just ketchup and pickles

The manager at this site today was amazing. They forgot something in my order. I didn’t notice until I got home and I drove back, they went above and beyond to make it right. When I came back they gave me my food and I wanted to buy a frosty but she gave it to me free. I was having a rough day before all this and it’s people like her who make things a little better! She definitely cares about her job. I don’t post reviews to often but her actions deserved a good review!

John what a guy! I was having a rough day at work and went to Wendys during my lunch, pulled up to the drive tru after placing a mobile order and as I was waiting to reach the second window John who was at the first window challenged me to a rock, paper, scissors game which he won lol, as I moved to the next window he’s there with a frosty, hands it to me, and calls it a consolation prize 😂 that was amazing, he made my entire day. Things like this make a fast food experience great and unforgettable! Made such a big impact on my day after it wasn’t going so great. John keep it up! The rest of the staff was friendly also and the food was good as always when I visit this location!! Hopefully this reaches his boss so he gets the recognition he deserves 👏🏽 Thank you!!

The order taker in the drive thru was extremely rude to me. She was very impatient, when i got to the window the lady there was very arrogant with an attitude and kept slamming the window shut in my face when i was trying to ask for sauce i will not be back here and if i do have no choice to go back for food or a snack ill be filing more complaints if i see the employee from the window

Rude, childish and immature young employees, I’d give this place a 0 if I could, went to drive thru and the employees were joking around making noises doing cartoon voices at the window instead of taking my order, like what was the reason? It’s disrespectful and you’re wasting my time and the people in line after me. I’ve already followed up with corporate about the disrespect and won’t be visiting this location anymore
