place was empty but they told me to drive around to the front and wait. I only ordered one lamb or beef gyro. upset stomach after eating it, and had the craps for days. 🤢 🤮

I ordered with the app, got 20% off. Sat and waited 30 minutes for two regular sandwich meals. The dining room was clean and quiet, except for someone behind the counter screaming at the staff. She told the person at the counter to not take any orders.
When the food arrived, it was good.

Top notch service. I didn't catch the managers name but he was very friendly and personable, total change what I'm used to back home. Will definitely return when I'm in town for work

Team members were cursing in front of guests in frustration due to lack of staff and resources . Complaining about working conditions being horrible because management can’t properly run the location, leaving the team understaffed and to figure out their own problems. Can’t fault team members when management doesn’t care. Great job to the two team members who did show up today - you deserve better!!

I’m not having a good day today, but Arby’s made it a little better.

My friends and I decided to give Arby’s a chance for lunch today. None of us expected much. We were just looking for a quick bite. Come to find out this place takes pride in its service.

We ordered takeout, but the atmosphere was so nice we decided to dine in. The gentlemen who took our order also helped us pick out some sauces for the food we got. That was very nice of him.

After eating our meals we noticed they had a bell you could ring if you got great service. Naturally we decided to ring it. The bell has been rung so many times that the handle fell off as we tried to ring it. That’s a testament to the hardworking employees they have who go above and beyond.

Ordered 2 cheese steaks. Waited in drive thru for 15 mins just to order. Then had to drive around to the door and waited 15 mins for them to bring it out. The cheese steaks were awful. Full of grissel and the cheese was so runny it just dropped out of it. We threw the in the garbage. Will never go back. It cost over $15.00 that I just threw away
