I stopped in Walmart last Friday to pick up a few things heading south. I had not had lunch yet and Auntie Anne's smelled so good! My favorite is the almond pretzel which many places don't always have prepared. They did, they were quick, friendly and the pretzel was fresh! I have been at others where they are not fresh. I was even told to have a blessed day! I want to commend the staff for making a great pretzel and their professional manner!

Great pretzels and service. However, you may want to call and verify they are open. I went yesterday for their Tuesday $1 special, only to find them closed during regular business hours. No reason posted, but they did have a help wanted sign.

Looking like it's falling apart while doing a extremely bad job at hiding it. It's no wonder you have a better chance at seeing road kill then one of these "things"

Employees unfriendly and take too long to get orders when there's a line you stand forever

Very possibly the worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke but after 3 bad experiences, I'm calling this one for what it is. I prefer my pretzels fresh and am more than willing to wait the 10 minutes that it takes to cook because I'm not too keen on having a dried out pretzel that's been under the heat lamps for 30 or 40 minutes. In any case, the lady who runs the place or is the franchisee is always nasty about me requesting a fresh one and is forever telling me that her pretzels are never more than 10-15 minutes old at any given time. This location just plain sucks and I'll take my money elsewhere!
