I don't like that restaurant because it doesn't have the same combo and food options as other Burger King restaurants. Some of the employees talk too much and about things they shouldn't be discussing in front of customers. I won't be going back to that place.

HORRIBLE! I would never go back here again. I used to come here all the time. Lately they've been getting my order wrong. My receipt said Onion rings, but they gave me fries. I ordered a bacon whopper and they gave me a regular whopper no bacon. And then the past two mobile orders I did they didn't have the items. The first one they said they would process a refund. I still have not received it yet!! They mentioned if I haven't received it then to contact them, but no one answers the phone! And the second one they said they can't process a refund but I have to go through the app. Very conflicting information!

DOES ANYONE WORK THERE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE??Was given the wrong order @ drive-thru at Milford, DE. I live 30 min. away & didn't discover the error until I got home. I have been calling the BK tele. no. on their website this entire afternoon and no one picks up. I expect a $9.10 chicken sandwich (no beverage or fries) to be correct. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened. What's the deal?

Almost everytime I shop at Walmart or go to Milford Movies 9 I or take food go to and the staff has always been respectful and helpful.

We stopped there to use the bathroom and grab some breakfast, we used the bathroom first and one of the employees was in there, she walked out of the stall, played with her hair and walked out without washing her hands. We immediately left after using the bathroom. Disgusting!!!
Great experience at this Burger King. The restaurant, including the bathroom, was clean. The staff was friendly and inviting. My order was made quickly and was correct, plus the food was great. Really hit the spot, and was tasty. Overall great stop for a bite to eat.

Only gave 1 star because I had to give something placed an online order while leaving home in Dover to go to work at Walmart in milford get to milford my order hadn't even been started didn't have time to wait which was the whole purpose of online ordering so I had to go to work without breakfast
