This was the friendliest, kindest, best service Chipotle I have ever been to. I went on a Sunday afternoon to this Chipotle in Milford Delaware and was impressed.

My food was watery, give me the wrong item I ordered on uber eat. Didn’t add the honey chicken like I ask. And I paid extra for honey chicken smh. And have the audacity to add cream cheese on my Oder which I didn’t ask for. Chipotle do better with your staff. Thats the only location that gives me watery food and the wrong food.

So it doesn't take a lot to be a Chipotle, but unfortunately this place was pretty weak. First of all, you have to wait a long time before someone actually acknowledges you, let alone helps you. Secondly, that was one of the worst put together burritos I've ever had. Instead of spreading the ingredients out so that you get a bite of everything, you get the great adventure of having a mouthful of cheese, then a mouthful of tomato, etc. Notice I didn't say meat, as there was a dearth of that.
One of the joys of burritos is the fact that you can eat it mostly neatly. Not this one.
Do not give proper portions. Usually the meat is a spoonful at other locations. This location they give you maybe half a spoon and make you spend more and order double.

Put one little scoop in my bowl then when i said can i get a little more he said it’d be double i paid for it but it’s a little ridiculous how small that portion was.

Tonight was my very first (and likely last)encounter at a chipotle. While the staff was for the most part kind they were also not trained. Goofing off and chatting amongst themselves. The restaurant was filthy. Trash was overflowing. No toilet paper in the women’s rest room. I ask for chips and was told they were out. OUT?!?! At a restaurant that is based around tortilla chips??? Two meals $35 and I couldn’t get a chip?? Better off going to a sit down restraurant.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Went pickup my order with my dad to take home and It said it would be ready by 7:40, one of the workers went on their break and left a bunch of orders uncovered on the line. My dad had told them if our order was one of the ones sitting out we wanted it remade because it had been out for a good hour and a half, one of the other workers said that our order had not been made yet, so we waited and waited then another worker asked what the name was on the order so we told him the name and he went and looked for our order, mind you we had been watching the whole time and the bag he grabbed that was our order had been sitting there for 45 minutes. Me and my dad checked the food and it was ice cold, the worker said nothing about it and went back to doing what he was doing. It was also very dirty inside and the cashier was touching the cash and then was touching forks and spoons.
