It's sort of inside a gas station convenience store, but that's not off-putting. The staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. I've liked DQ cheeseburgers forever, and the ones here are good and consistent.

Ordered a sundae with extra peanut butter and a sugar cookie blizzard. The sundae had very little peanut butter on it and the sugar cookie blizzard had absolutely no cookie pieces in it. Service was slow even though I ordered through the mobile app in advanced. Estimated time was 8:05, yet I didn't get the order till 8:20.

Very Quick place to get your food. Every employee is willing to help out when needed.
The service here has been steadily declining. I have lived here for years and remember when the food was good and the employees cared about their job.Some of the staff are nice and professional, but quite a few of them are young kids that don’t seem to have a clue about basic customer service.I have had to walk in to get my order fixed after getting Door Dash. Luckily, there was an adult there at the time who fixed everything. The majority of the time there is not.Several times they have had broken ice cream machines and don’t bother to turn off online ordering. So you place your order and drive in only for them to tell you they have no ice cream. This has happened 3 times. Nothing offered for wasting my time. Just a “sorry”.The staff are not generally friendly either. Hey Dairy Queen, pay your employees a good wage so you can attract adults that want to work and not exploit kids that have no idea what they’re doing.My last experience one of the staff members (young girl) didn’t even bother practicing the basic pleasantries that come with interacting with customers. It was like she hated her job and was being held at gunpoint.I am usually easy to please, but the steady decline in food quality and customer service is a deal breaker for me.
