At this point just bring back the strawberry cheese quake blizzard. The never make the royal blizzard correctly barely any strawberry in the middle or cheesecake pieces sitting here eating gram cracker ice cream for the 3rd time

Thank you for the great blizzard! The low rating is due to the lack of customer service from Myah. There were several customers standing at the window for 10 minutes and had to tap on the window to get their attention. All three employees were standing in the back talking. When the customer wanted to order food at 8:30pm Myah said they were no longer preparing food just ice cream. That customer walked away because of what Myah said. I ordered my blizzard and Myah said to another coworker not to turn off the fryer because he wanted food. I hate being lied to by employees and turning away customers who were inline 40 minutes before closing time is horrible service. Employees like Myah are costing your company money and destroying your business reputation. I will need to reevaluate my purchases at this establishment until customer service improves.

I was trying to find my money in purse it took me about 5 and called my husband to ask him if he wanted anything so I was there about 10 to 15 minutes prior the sign telling what time they closed was to small to see from my car and since I had just moved to the area I did not know what time they closed As they whatch me open my car door they hurry up and closed the window and put the closed sign up. I have nerve posted a bad review but this was the most ignorant, disrespectful thing I have ever seen concerning the window was about 10 feet away. I work retail for twenty years mostly as a supervisor. I would have at the least written every one working that shift up.

Mobile order is fastest way to order and you get great deals. But it doesn't have the 2 for $5 deal on app. Food is always good here!

Sad to see management treat their staff poorly, especially in front of customers. The food was good and the employees were quick and friendly. However the manager, Tabitha (according to an employee), was not personable whatsoever, with customers nor her employees which completely ruined our experience at this DQ as we own and operate a restaurant as well and I cannot imagine having someone run an establishment that way.
The new look & outside seating is nice!! Did wait a bit but they were busy!!

The last several times we have been here, the service was bad, Blizzards are not mixed, the last time the ice cream was all over the outside of the cup, it's a shame really. We loved coming here for a treat, just down the road from our house, now we are going to have to ride farther for hopefully a better product. It is owned by the same people. Maybe we will just stay home and save the time and money.
