Dairy Queen, Walnut Street Milford DEI stopped past to take advantage of a promotion that featured 2 Blizzards for the price of one. Their application asked that you press a button to allow the cashier to process the promotion. When I pressed the button, it presented a numeric code. When I arrived at Diary Queen, the cashier told me that I needed a QR code for her to process the promotion. I told her that the app. didn’t give a QR code, just a numeric code. She said that she couldn’t process the code, because their computer system hadn’t been set up to process the numeric code. I then asked her how can I take advantage of the promotion. She repeatedly her previous response, which annoyed meI them told to never-ending. I would just go online and leave a negative review on Google maps. I remembered that there was another location about 3 miles, and went thereThe location on Bay Road was a better experience. They processed the promotion without any issuesThe location on Walnut Street could take a lesson from them.

Stopped by tonight for Blizzards and a chicken strip basket but was told the grill closes 30 minutes before closing. Doesn't say that any where! And the food menu is still lite up. So is that policy or laziness? If it is policy it should be posted.

We stopped by tonight for blizzards and the girl taking the order was rude and while I was ordering all I could smell was weed from inside. Then when the order was ready the second girl sit the blizzards outside the window and slammed the window closed...but to make it worse... it was basically just vanilla ice cream with a little toppings...HORRIBLE!!

This place used to be good but not anymore. The burgers are not cooked all the way and they are cold. They are very short of help. I get that. But I'm going down to the one in Lewes from now on because they give better service and have good food.

I didn’t even want to give one star but only way to leave a review. Worst customer service I ever encountered. Waiting over 30 mins and then have the manager say she doesn’t like you attitude for being up.
