This location is very modern with a kiosk to place an order without having to wait in line. Customer service is awesome. They have a drive thru as well. Ample parking available and centrally located next to the highway. Love their donuts and hashbrowns. Love this store. Will come back again

Crazy busy, my order came out and was a little too sweet (my regular go to from my home Dunkin I’m out of town). They were all super sweet about it and happily remade it perfectly. We’re all human mistakes happen! but it’s about how you respond that makes a difference. Well done and thank you again

Stopped on a Road trip. Without a doubt one of the finest DD's we've ever been to& trust me, we've been to MANY! Spotless room, clean restaurant, friendly efficient staff, great selection of donuts for 3pm or morning for that matter, and the loaded tots were amazing-not greasy, not dried out, and tasty- and I don't even like them normally!

My latte tasted like it was made by an angel. Perfect, not too spicy, not too watered down. Nice and hot, but not too hot. You guessed it just the right amount of sweetness.

I usually have a great experience here. Go several times a week. Whomever the young lady is working the window at 720am on 11/15/24 needs to learn better ways to speak to customers. Very rude. I didn't know a drink came black if I didn't ask for cream or sugar. The way she informed me was rude af. Like I was wasting her time asking for cream and sugar at the window. Wouldn't hurt to clarify at the order screen with the customer black or cream and sugar? Takes 2 seconds. You still put the cream and sugar in at the window. But with an attitude and rudeness. I know now to ask, slipped my mind honestly this morning. Her attitude was ratchet. Enough to make me complain.

Store associates never acknowledge any mobile orders, including doordash and grubhub orders. So to get ones attention is almost nearly impossible. Other than that, I enjoy this location.

This has got to be one of thee worst Dunkin's in America. I ask for a toasted sausage bagel and they just stick it in the microwave like you want tell the difference!? Bagels get chewy when you do this. Dunkin's prices just keep rising and rising and the kids that work here rather socialize use than do their jobs. Then I paid extra for the cookie butter cold brew twice and they didn’t put cookie crumbles on top FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Just left service was absolutely terrible, the young girl at the counter took the order in front of me and walked away immediately after not acknowledging me at all. I waited there for 15 minutes with out anyone speaking to me at all, once she came over she had an attitude the whole order and i told her even with being busy that she can still say something to the customer. By the end of the whole interaction of getting my drink she told me ā€œif you’re going to have an attitude don’t even come in at allā€. I finally asked for a manager because the unprofessionalism was very alarming and while talking with the manager (kristy) she didn’t seem concerned about how rude her employees were. I understand being busy but i don’t understand being ignorant to your customers.
